Cozy and comfortable room for night transit near airport. Free airport transfer and packed breakfast to go. Thumb up for great hospitality.

Perfect service. Staff are very nice and friendly. Airport pick up and drop off are very convenient. The hotel is about 30 min from the airport which is quite far. There’s nothing around the hotel apart from other hotels and limited restaurants. Room is clean and comfortable. Free laundry which is a plus. Everything has orange flavour!

Overall is not bad. The location is near the Tianfu International Airport. The hotel is new.

1) Reception : Kind, but communication is inconvenient due to poor English skill in the front desk. Need to translate app by mobile. 2) Utility : Acceptable. Iron is not prepared. 3) Room : - heard the Noise of neighbors room ( talking, shower sound, door closing etc.) - Express train noise as well. 4) Location : isolated ( few restaurants near hotel ) New construction zone. 5) Shuttle bus operation : comfortable. 6) conclusion : approach condition is uncomfortable. I would like to recommend to stay in the downtown.

Location too far from anything, except the airport, clean and nice.

Hotel looked very new, room was clean and comfortable. The staff service was very good. The reception staff were all very helpful with my queries. I seldom see such warm, personal service in modern hotels, and this hotel gave me a very good impression. Buffet breakfast was good too. Highly recommended!

作為連鎖桔子酒店，這家酒店前台服務管理是很到位的，從一進門的熱情接待歡迎問候，到退房離店時的離別祝福都做得很到位。前台辦理入住退房開票服務都很快的！主動詢問我航班時間，是否需要送機服務等。服務態度很好，主動服務意識強。 ps: 桔子酒店前台必須有免費的🍊，有個問題很困惑一直也沒有問過，為什麼一年四季都有🍊。 房間裏面床上用品很新很乾凈，設施整潔齊全。整體布草不錯非常標準的桔子風格。房間整體隔音效果不錯，關上窗還是很安靜。

酒店好新，好乾淨，房間燈光明亮，分多段開關，晚上開燈不會影響到同行的朋友。酒店位置有點偏僻，幸好提供機場免費接送服務，十分方便坐晚機到達的旅客。但若能開辦高鐵站接送服務就更好了。 房間乾濕分離，十分好。 早上的時候，前台服務員會準備一些小面包給早上趕飛機/ 趕車來不及食早餐的旅客，非常貼心。

服務非常滿意，房間條件也是很不錯的，所以酒店本身是很不錯的。 不過周邊還在開發中，所以周邊設施沒有，交通也衹能通過酒店班車去機場。這個是等開發起來了應該就好了

房間很新，乾淨衞生，雖然外面施工關上窗户並沒有很吵，工作人員服務相當熱情周到，早上起不來，老公去吃的早餐還讓打包回房間，幫我們叫車和司機溝通，給我們講怎麼去市區方便有省錢，等我們走的時候，還要住在這，挑不出毛病

服務非常好，很貼心。。值得推薦。很新很乾凈。衣服落下了酒店，服務員還專門幫我寄回來。非常感謝。早餐也非常的豐盛。很新鮮，很營養。

滿意，環境也很好，接送機很方便，衞生也很乾凈，客房服務態度也好，體驗感不錯。就是位置稍偏，但是那片都是酒店，全季，假日，星程什麼的都在附近，所以就都一樣了，唯一就是附近有的還在施工，早上起來炒點，問題不大

天府機場接送機服務，去機場方便，前台工作人員服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔。大廳還備有果茶，外出遊玩回來喝一杯很舒服。
