Hotel in zona Moody Rabbit, Fremantle

We spent 2 nights here in September 23 and would love to have stayed much longer, but our schedule didn't accommodate this. We had secure car parking in the basement car park, the room has all facilities and conveniences to live in long term. The only criticism we had was the placement of the toilet paper holder requiring reaching behind where you sit. There are several restaurants and cafes close by, and we highly recommend May Street Larder for breakfast (only open 6am to 2:30pm). We had evening meal at Cha Cha Restaurant and bar.

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno all'Hotel Local. Il personale era molto utile e accogliente. Abbiamo pianificato di trascorrere una notte sull'isola di Rottnest prima di entrare per due notti all'hotel, e ci hanno concesso gentilmente di immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio un giorno prima. Era un grande favore e rendeva il nostro viaggio molto più conveniente; quando siamo arrivati, il nostro bagaglio era già nella nostra stanza, che era un bel toccamento. La stanza stessa era elegante e moderna. Abbiamo scelto una stanza a angolo, con tre grandi finestre, riempiendo lo spazio con luce naturale. La luce nella stanza era anche ben fatta, creando un piacevole ambiente. Anche se il bagno e il bagno erano condivisi, e c'era un po' di rumore dalla musica del bar, l'esperienza generale era piacevole, questi minori disagio erano stati sovrascontrati dagli aspetti positivi del nostro soggiorno. In generale, penso che l'Hotel Local sia un bel posto per stare.

Il servizio generale era grande. La camera era bella, pulita e confortevole. Il personale era molto amichevole. Gli alloggi erano deliziosi, anche se l'hotel ci ha accidentalmente pagato per allora quando doveva essere inclusi nel pacchetto. Abbiamo cenato con amici a mezza settimana. Questo vecchio pub è stato recentemente riparato e è un piacevole cambiamento dalle bar alti e tendenti che si popolano in tutta la zona. Buona scelta di birre sulla tappeto e una lista di vino decente. Il pasto era il vostro solito ”bar” ma ha fatto molto bene. Il personale era molto piacevole e piacevole. Bene, vale la pena visitare se si cerca un po' tradizionale.

Adoro questo hotel. Ero un po' nervoso per alcune delle recensioni/descrizione che lo descrivano come container di spedizione... ma una volta che sei li', si sente come qualsiasi hotel normale. Le camere sono compatte, ma completamente sufficienti. Il design è grande, i letti sono super comodi, AC funziona bene, il bagno è stato davvero bello. E il servizio era fantastico.È un hotel boutique e tu sentivi davvero il contatto personale. Ci hanno salutati caldamente all'arrivo, erano felici di tenere le nostre borse, dare tutti i tipi di buon consigli, ecc. La mattina del check-out, abbiamo dovuto iniziare presto e colpire la strada alle 7:00 (per catturare il traghetto alle 7:30 a Rottnest Island). La colazione inizia alle 7:00, quindi quando ci siamo chiesti la notte prima se potessimo avere qualche tipo di scatola, la signora al di fuori del dipartimento ha detto che sarebbe arrivata un po' presto al mattino e che tutto sarebbe pronto alle 6:00: 45 così potremmo mangiare qualcosa prima di lasciare l'hotel. È fantastico! Ci hanno lasciato anche lasciare le valigie nella nostra stanza e hanno detto che li porterebbero a terra e li stoccherebbero al desk front. Ci sentivamo davvero come se stessi davvero preoccupando di noi e volevano fare qualsiasi cosa per rendere il nostro soggiorno grande. Molto consigliato!

What a beauuuutiful place! I love all of the Quest Fremantle! First of all, you can meet super friendly and kind people in the lobby. Then, you can see lovely room and view. The bedding was veeeeery soft and large. I loved it ! And just 5 mins walk to the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island. Also you can hire bike at the hotel, you can cook yourself, you can do laundry for free after swimming in the sea. Don't miss this perfect stay. U will never be disappointed!

We booked one night for myself, my husband and my 8 months old son. On the day we checked in we hired a baby cot for the little one and they dropped it off to the room where I found it faulty. My husband called the receptionist to change it but no answer, so he went downstairs myself to ask her to come to the room and help. She didn’t come and said I can take another one instead because she was on a rush. The 2nd cot was faulty too and my husband called the receptionist again and she refused to come and have a look or help. She then said that she is waiting to go home - even it was well before reception closing time - and can’t help and said we can take the baby to sleep on the double bed we have. I got very upset and went to the reception to ask her for her help to fix this issue or call someone to help specially it was only one night stay and it was my birthday. The receptionist said she has Uber waiting for her and she has to go and said to me abruptly that I needs to leave the reception right now (!!!)or she will close the reception and lock her in - as her uber was already at the door!!! Yes exactly that’s what she said , she would lock me in with an 8 month old baby in the reception room for the whole night. My husband said to the receptionist that it’s not appropriate to talk like that it’s a hotel that provides service and we can’t be left or treated like that. She said if she was to call someone to come and fix the baby cot she will charge us hundreds of dollars as it’s not her job. We had to go back to the room as the situation got so damn bad . The other receptionist we met when we MAs the booking was brilliant and so are the other staff members including the restaurant. The hotel lobby location is great. However, Luisa the receptionist dealt with our request in a very bad, unprofessional, and disrespectful way. Threatening your clients to lock them in the hotel facility for the night just because she already called the uber and didn’t want to spend an extra minute to help her clients is extremely rude and I have never encountered anywhere in the world.

La posizione era molto lontana, anche se si può aspettare, dal momento che si sta accanto alla costa. La stanza era perfetta e aveva tutto quello che doveva per un soggiorno. È stato qui per un totale di 3 notti e è perfetto.

Abbiamo preso un'unità che non dice finestre e poiché non ci sono altri posti con un prezzo decente e questo è l'unico che sembra un prezzo decente, abbiamo provato per 1 notte e siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dal risultato. È carino e anche senza finestre è di gran lunga uno degli hotel più belli e puliti in cui siamo stati finora. È proprio accanto al parcheggio e nascosto in un angolo, ma questo non ci ha disturbato. Lo adoriamo in realtà. Inoltre è al piano terra, quindi non abbiamo dovuto salire le scale o aspettare l'ascensore. Il check-in si è svolto senza problemi con il check-in automatico. I servizi sono fantastici. La distanza era un po' lontana dalla stazione ma è un buon esercizio e camminare!
