Well, this hotel was UNREAL, such a horrible choice. Please, do not be fooled by the photoshopped photos. Just don't go there ok. They are in NO CONDITION to take guests, as of Nov 2021. The facility is run down.. No hot water, and such a long queue of problems reported by guests. I feel bad to the cruise guests who are forced to stay here.. And Trip.com didn't do a good job of showing honest pictures of this place too. shame.

The rooms are in a state if disrepair and outdated (I say rooms because we changed rooms 3 times). The rooms leak when it rains, the TV didnt work, drains were clogged, the shower head was replaced in one room because there was a trickle coming out. Toilet roll holders broken, bathroom doors dont close because they're swallen, sliding door handles broken.
For our second room change, we were given the keys to someone elses room - upon entry the door broke and the door jam snapped and flew into the room.
The place was dirty, vomit in different areas including the bathroom and walkway.
Just don't stay here...

The beach was the only redeeming value, of this property. The Hotel was not as advertised. The landscape was unkept, grass and ****s were overgrown and the all the bushes appeared to not have been trimmed all year….Very disappointing. We arrived in our room, to find that two double beds, instead of a king, as booked. The beds were in disarray, as if someone had just left, right before we got there and the room was full of sand fleas….My wife and I both, we’re covered in bites. The bathroom was dirty and very outdated. The rust from the backing of the mirror was bleeding through the glass and the toilet wouldn’t turn off and kept stopping up. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation going on in the rooms next to us…No privacy. On to the food. This is supposed to be a tropical resort, but the food did not reflect that at all. The main dining area was more like a, cattle call, and the food was what you might expect to receive at a homeless shelter….very bland at best, Mac n cheese, garlic chicken, box mashed potatoes, and a varied other Lubys type dishes. Then there’s a extremely small Latin restaurant, that we couldn’t ever get a reservation and a pizza shop…..Overall, we felt like we were misled and are extremely disappointed…So much so, we booked another hotel and changed our flight and went to the Baha Mar In Nassau, on Wednesday, where we had a fantastic time, for the duration of our vacation. We spent more than double of what we had expected! Grrrrrrrrrrrr!

Finding an affordable all inclusive resort that is right on a quality beach is hard these days. Its why we chose Windham Fortuna, and go back every year. Nothing in the several islands around grand bahama that we could see. Lucaya water caves are close, Coconut Festival in Pelican Pointe. Rent a car at the airport and drive to a bonefish destination at low or incoming tide. the resort have several restraunts, live entertainment nightly, actvities, excursions. Unbelievable value!

Good: great view beach view from Superior King room. Breakfast was ok. Definitely suggest omelete. Scuba diving was good. Ample chairs and seating around pool and on beach.
Bad: room wasn’t ready for nearly an hour from checking in. Room had no towels and it took 3 hours to get some delivered. At check in they offered to bring my luggage to the room. My luggage to over 2 hours to arrive. Buffet other than breakfast was sub par. It was never mentioned that during my 3-night stay, I could only eat in the ala carte restaurant one single time. Buy sunscreen before you arrive. It was $23 in the gift shop. The view was nice but the front desk service was horrible. Won’t be staying here. I’d rather stay at a nicer place and spend $100 more for better food and service.
