It's 3.5 but tripadvisor doesn't allow half a point I guess. Overall the hotel is clean and new, the staff was friendly and location relative to the outlet shopping area is great, also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Two things bothered me however: 1) there is no closet or a wardrobe in the room, it's like they are telling you don't stay for more than couple days, and for a hotel where most people stay are shoppers, I find it very weird not to have a place to put away your clothes or shopping 2) there is no safe in the room, I mean come on, this is basic stuff, so now I have to carry my valuables with me whenever I leave the room, again very inconvenient Overall it is a good hotel, could be a lit better if they addressed items above.

La struttura è pulita, confortevole e grande. Sembra ... imporre ... dall'esterno, ma l'interno è stato grande. La ricezione è stata utile, il check-in è rapido ed efficiente, il personale del bar/restaurante è amichevole e utile. Alimento: scelta limitata sul menu, ma sono rimasto lì per quattro notti, e mangiavo nel ristorante ogni notte con qualcosa di diverso ogni volta. Le porzioni sono grandi, il cibo era caldo e fresco, il servizio era eccellente. Il pranzo era buono, con un'inclinazione austriaca/tedesca (ad esempio: molta scelta di salsa!). Il caffè è eccellente. OJ, anche se non fresco, è stato bello. Di nuovo, buon servizio. Scelta di tre pane, un buffet caldo e una buona scelta di tagli freddi. Camera: temperatura bene, cose di cucchiaio, anche se le cucchiaie erano solo OK. Niente di male su di loro, solo ok. La doccia era fantastica: enorme, calda e buona pressione. Molte socce di potenza, anche se nessun USB che mi sorprende. Ampia scelta di canali TV in tutte le lingue. Windows aperto per la ventilazione. Posizione: vicino alla McArthurGlen Designer Outlet (beneficiario di una visita) e vicino all'autostrada fuori città. Altri ristoranti nelle vicinanze, tra cui un KFC, a 5 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito fuori e intorno al retro. Il taxi all'aeroporto è di 70 EUR (è più economico avere un Uber, se si può trovare uno vicino - non potevo). Se vuoi pagare il taxi con carta di credito, digli la ricezione quando li chiedi di chiamarlo. Misc: Wi-Fi era gratuito e facile da usare, sembrava abbastanza veloce per Netflix. Il sapone/spazzo gel nella camera da bagno era di buona qualità; le tue biancheria sono abbondanti e morbide. Riassunto: Rimanerei qui di nuovo. Big urla al barista Peter (il vecchio con il moscasco austriaco) per le sue competenze di servizio.

Tutto super, tranne il caos del colazione e le sere Siamo stati con la nostra grande famiglia in ferro città per un 30.Ten e 60.Ten compleanno. La squadra di colazione non ha alcun sistema, abbiamo fatto colazione un sabato, ci sono stati diversi camerieri e cameriere, ma nessuno ha avuto una panoramica, nessuno era responsabile di una determinata stazione. La frutta, la stampa di verdura e' geniale, ma se nessuno si prende cura di un rinvio e di un'eliminazione, non serve a nulla. Diversi membri della famiglia sono sempre scomparsi di diversi cibi, croissant, salmone, bagagli scuri, ascensori... e i dipendenti sono costantemente chiamati a riempire qualcosa. Non abbiamo mai visto un sacco di persone disorganizzate in tutto il mondo... un nuovo hotel molto bello, un caos al colazione. Nessuno ci ha chiesto se vivevamo lì e chiese la nostra camera n., così vedendo tutta la città ferroviaria può fare colazione lì. Così dannoso ☹️ L'area di benessere è geniale, le camere mancano solo casse....

My husband and I, with our two teenage children stayed at Life Hotel as a result of a long transit. It cost us 20euro from the airport to get to the hotel. We arrived and had a warm welcome from reception staff. Check in was seamless. The room was compact but sufficient for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was generally very clean. Please note that this is a room for a short stay. It’s not ideal for a long stay or for holiday purposes.

Proprio al lago, elegante, comodo e molto pulito hotel ”smart”. Brillantamente pulito e meglio mantenuto piscina e zona piscina. Il letto è enorme e super comodo, cuscini di piombo di alta qualità e cuscini estive, Non è un punto che non è perfettamente pulito. Il personale è gentile e professionale, la comunicazione dell'hotel prima dell'arrivo e durante il soggiorno è eccellente. Le camere hanno un balcone con letto solarium e divano, il comfort completo assicurato. Non è comunque conveniente.

Very spacious room. High ceiling. Huge bedroom with boxspring Bed. Separate room for toilet and shower. Excellent breakfast buffet with fruit salat, veggies. Müsli. Also glutenfreie. Joghurt. We got fresh made ham and eggs 🥚. Very attentive and friendly personnel.
