The panoramic elevator, very nice, but very dirty, the windows are all stained and there is a nauseating smell. In the end we used the stairs to move around. The furniture in the room is old and worn out, the minibar is pitiful. Transparent blackout curtains. Towels are totally dirty. The staff uniforms leave a lot to be desired, they look in poor condition. The vast majority are Argentines with little sense of customer service, which is strange in Brazil, Brazilians are outstanding in terms of service. We also had the experience that the toilet was blocked and the cistern broken, which they quickly resolved. The descent to the beach should be fixed, it is very deteriorated. It is a shame that the hotel is so unworthy, because it is nice and in a very nice area."
