"My experience at the Bewiki Florianópolis was, overall, disappointing: lots of image and marketing, but little to offer in practice, especially for the price. We arrived on a day of heavy rain, and from the very first moment, the lack of preparation was evident: the entrance was flooded, and check-in was disorganized, with guests going down to reception to complain about leaks around the window frames, while others of us waited to check in. We waited for over an hour to access our room. Furthermore, we arrived around 7:00 PM (check-in being from 3:00 PM), so the room should have been ready. However, we were informed that it was still awaiting cleaning. Upon entering, the problem was obvious: we were assigned a room with dampness and a wet floor, probably due to previous leaks. I requested a change, and they moved us to another, somewhat better room, although the situation had already affected the experience. On the plus side, the rooftop pool is very nice and is undoubtedly the hotel's highlight. However, considering the value for money, the level of service, and the overall condition of the facilities, I don't think it's worth it. There are clearly superior alternatives in Florianópolis."

They ask to book 48 hours before, so if you stay 2 nights, as I did, you'll get all exhausted, so without the thematic dinner for you, only the normal buffet, which is well more or less, everything is requenting. The snacks are the same thing, then imagine that there for 15 hours all is bleak, the decadent infrastructure needs a good reform, all that half broken, enferred, dirty, seems to have stopped in time. That is the general climate, all half mouth, all working half or broken, decadent is the word that I would summarize. The experience was so bad that we weren't even staying on the second night, it was our honeymoon, we decided to go elsewhere to have a real romantic night."
