Spacious and clean. Amenities and facilities were good. Would stay there again.

The hotel seems new and all the rooms were very clean. There was also a nice little kitchen and a spa bath tub, which we did not find the time to use. Special mention to the kind lady at the reception who was very helpful and informative. Thanks! We drove to visit the Fox Glacier Walk and the Lake Matheson Trail, which was about half an hour drive away. There were supermarkets nearby in case one planned to cook or dine in at the restaurants.

Big room with enough space even for a small family (we were 2 adults). Clean and prepared for self cooking if necessary. From this hotel you reach every location in between Franz Josef by walk!

This is an example of a good that you have a good product but with poor service staff, people dont like it

Lovely 2 night stay. Had all amenities we needed. From pots and pans to coffee machine in the room. Fresh bottle of milk in the fridge was a plus as well:)

Perfect location for accessing the glaciers and surrounding area. Immaculate lodges with everything that might be needed, I wish we had longer to stay there. Can’t fault a thing!

房間乾淨整潔，廚房用具、用品應有盡有，鍋碗瓢盆全套，這些不是主要的，早晨推門進場院，抬頭，冰川在第一抹陽光下亮晶晶！值得在些過夜啊

ห้องกว้างมาก มี 2 เตียงใหญ่ โดยที่อีกห้องอยู่ด้านใน มีจากุชชี่ มีครัว เตียงนุ่มมากกกก ที่สำคัญเจ้าของใจดี เช็คอินได้ถึง 3 ทุ่ม มีที่จอดรถหน้าห้อง และที่ดีสุดคือใกล้จุดศูนย์ข้อมูลนักท่องเที่ยว จุดขึ้นเฮริคอปเตอร์ เยี่ยมเลยค่ะ

這家motel真的是驚喜，可以算是這次新西蘭之行中性價比最高的住宿了。FJ小鎮很小，motel步行去哪裡都不遠，離超市和餐廳區域基本10分鐘內走到。房間非常大，一室公寓甚至提供了有兩張大床的套間，衞生打掃的非常乾淨，廚具和各項用品是這次行程中最全的，竟然連電飯煲都有。配置已經超過了普通motel的水準，每日提供四個膠囊咖啡～這次沒有成功玩到冰川徒步，下次再來的話一定還會選這家～

酒店對面就是冰川直升機登記處，乾淨整潔，位置好，床鋪很舒適，廚房的廚具餐具齊全。晚上光源較少，可以觀星。
