Really nice hotel, the staff was super helpful. I accidentally locked my food delivery and they kindly helped me unlock it and bring it to the room. I believe his name was Harry. Furthermore at checkin we gave our IHG member number and got upgraded and got a complimentary drink at the lobby. Overall, highly recommended if you’re coming or going to Guangzhou South railway as it is only a 10-15 min drive!

Benvenuto e servizio all’arrivo, ma molto povero servizio prima di tutto a causa della mancanza di gestire alcuni ospiti che erano ubriachi, così hanno fatto tanto rumore e disturbato tutto. This is a 5 stars hotel. You get the 5 stars amenities. I travel 2 weeks in china and encounter different hotel amenites at 4-5 stars level. I would say they are good, provide free laundry services, breakfast is also one of the best. But customer services, they are not even close to a 4 stars hotel. No one bother to greet you at hotel lobby. No one bother to care about smoking on the lobby or walkway, no one bother to help you on your luggage when arrived. Sometimes the bellboy open the car door, sometimes they do not. Don’t know what is the standard. Come back again? Maybe not.

Kangyi hotel is located in the Nanhai district of Foshan city. The location is great, not far away from the city center and the metro station is just 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel staff doesn't know the English language at all so that's can be a big problem in communication, but also in another hand, they I willing to help you with every doubt you have. This hotel has a special room to play cards and some Chinese games. Also, this hotel includes foot massages too. The cafeteria is ok and breakfast is just typical. I think booking a room here is great for 2-3 days if you have a Business trip because the area is quiet and you are not far away from the city center and the most important metro station is near and you are connected to the city by metro. There are not so many things that I can say about this hotel. Their service can be a little bit faster and more efficient. Especially when the housekeeper comes to clean the room. However, this hotel is a good choice if you travel for a short business trip or if you are a solo budget traveler.
