Foshan: hotel con bar

Dopo alcuni anni, soggiorno qui per la seconda volta La reception ha visto che ho preso l'iniziativa di passare a una suite con i miei bambini. La camera era pulita e igienica, il balcone era grande e i bambini si sono divertiti moltissimo. Dopo aver lasciato il negozio, il cameriere ha scoperto che l'asciugamano da bagno era stato dimenticato e ci ha chiamato immediatamente.

location is amazing, city center and near alot of malls and they are very ons about sustainability. however, there are a few things we can improve to make the experience better. 1. staff standing at the door was not proactive helping with the luggage despite making eye contact and seeing us carrying many baggages on hand. 2. shower room was almost clear ? i could totally see people showering (very translucent) very inconvenient for non-couples staying together. 3. despite asking for a non-smoking room and level, we could still smell cigarettes in the bathroom. 4. it could be better if they install a small platform in the shower room to put our own facial cleansing foam etc

I booked a last minute stay with Sheraton Shunde Hotel as my plan returning to GZ delayed. I find the location is not ideal as firstly it is right in the middle of no where, and there is no convenience stores any near to it. The nearest store is about 400m away which you have to walk past a park that is really dark and feel unsafe at night. Recommending the hotel to have convenience store vendors so that it will be more accessible for guests. Secondly, the air-conditioning in the room is terrible. Despite setting it to the lowest, the room temperature remains at the same and warm throughout the night. As its only a night and we are too tired, we didn't make any feedback directly on it. However I will have to compliment on their service staffs especially Mr. Tyler Hou who assisted me on my request and even helped me to place order on his ** app. The other staffs are also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciate their helpfulness and excellent service rendered. Keep it up! And do take thr River View room as it comes with a small balcony with splendid view! Loving this as a plus point.

Stayed for one night with my family.. the place is very clean and nice facility. I was given a welcome package with some fruits. The service is great overall. The laundry service is available for a fee, which is a bit strange to me compared to other hotels. I will see if they will make change to this for future stay.

Very pretty hotel, located where lourve furniture mall is, it has great accessibility if one’s main objective is to visit these furniture malls. The bedrooms are 4.5meters in height, giving it a magnificient awe and spacious energy. There are room options of various decor theme and we had the modern decor which was an excellent display of the chinese furnitures manufacturing skills. there is a cantonese chinese restnt in the furniture mall, attached to the hotel. Recommended to go if one wants to dine in. Had a few hiccups with the service delivery but it was taken seriously by the hotel mgt and quickly resolved which i deeply appreciated. All in all, it still has one of the better service level vs other hotels in foshan.

Le visite precedenti un anno dopo il covid non erano così facili ed era ovvio che il personale non era abituato a trattare con gli stranieri, ma questo sembra essere stato risolto e il personale è stato professionale, efficiente e molto disponibile quando necessario. Sono andato al negozio più di otto a.m., il servizio di ricevimento è molto buono. Aiuto ha aggiornato la grande camera da letto di ricevimento. Anche il ritardo nella partenza fino alle 2 p.m... Sono venuto qui da Shenzhen appositamente per la Festa Nazionale e sono rimasto qui per la seconda volta! ! Un ottimo hotel per famiglie a Foshan. Rispetto a molti altri grandi hotel di marca, il Poly InterContinental Dongping ha strutture nuove ed è ben tenuto. È molto vicino all'ingresso della metropolitana. La metropolitana porta in tutte le direzioni e puoi raggiungere molte attrazioni. Barry e Tessa alla reception sono molto educati, premurosi e reattivi. Pollice in su 👍👍👍👍👍; l'ambiente della hall è molto festoso e i due leoni danzanti sono particolarmente interessanti. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci la prossima volta. Lo consiglio vivamente a familiari e amici. Pollice in su! ! !
