Best place to be when in Brisbane. Close to clubs and entertainment area. Loved it

I had a perfectly pleasant stay until thhe day before I checked out when someone from reception entered the room (while I was in there) under the impression that I was supposed to have checked out. It was probably a simple mistake, which while invasive is also understandable. No apology, but they are mostly meaningless anyway and it probably wasn't the fault of the person who entered the room. Hadbit ended there I wouldn't have mentioned it, but the same thing happened again when despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door housekeeping also entered the room also under the mistaken impression that I had checked out. I called reception after the second incident and was put on hold for 18 minutes before they eventually tried to put the blame on housekeeping (and repeatedly got my name wrong, which I wouldn't have cared about if it weren't for the being on hold and the weasily attempt to put what was clearly a reception error on the housekeeping staff). The whole incident left a lingering bad impression, which is unfortunate after an otherwise very pleasant and uneventful stay.

We arrived at the hotel in peak hour. There is nowhere for you to park your car and unpack luggage. The whole street is a tow away zone. Asked the lady at reception where is a nice restaurant to dine, her reply was I don’t live around here. She was nice enough to deal with , but surely a lot of people would ask the same question? Fire alarm went off at 1100pm and an exhaust fan was very loud outside our window for a couple of hours. That’s life! When leaving the next day the floor near the lifts was covered in water. Looking up to the ceiling a large hole had been cut as this was obviously something management were aware of. In general the hotel is reasonable. The bed was comfortable and room a bit on the small side , but adequate.

Rooms were modernly styled. The bathroom shower didn’t drain properly and got on bathroom floor, but easy enough to soak up with extra towel.

Unfortunately there was a water leak in the room that tripped out the electrics so we had no tv , kettle or charging available. Also the constance drip from the leak near the window kept me awake during the night. The front of house staff were very friendly on arrival and the room was clean with nice decor

Was fine for two days, love the artwork. Room wasn’t serviced which was disappointing and I am still waiting for my 4am wake up call

Wonderful friendly staff to check us in & out. Reception was so helpful in providing info on our room, dining options & parking. Such a funky vibe, comfy, clean & vibrant. Really loved the artworks & other quirky design features of The Constance. Parking was an absolute breeze compared to many other Brisbane accommodation we’ve stayed in. Location was super handy & close to Brunswick st mall & music hall. Loved the beautiful designer toiletries too. Cant wait to visit again soon, definitely our new favourite

Great for our 1 night stay. We were there on a Saturday night and our room backed onto a big pub that was open until very late so it was quite loud but the hotel can’t do anything about that.

Lovely service, clean nice rooms and easy accessible in the Valley. Always stay here if I need to stay in the Valley for work or personal.

The property was easy to find, parking was a breeze. From checking in to finding out how to get to The Dirty Saltan to check out was just great. The staff are very nice and the room we stayed in was great. I loved the artwork in the room, the block out curtains, LED lights and that package that we chose. I couldnt find a fault if i tried. We loved it. Will definitely stay there again.

Easy walk to the Tivoli. Clean and tidy room. Quite in room and block out blinds installed

what a find right in the heart oif the valley and easy parking great all around will definately stay again.thank you john&kathy.
