Hotel in zona Glen Nevis Caravan & Camping Park, Fort William

La ricezione ci ha portato un accogliente accogliente, e le nostre camere sono senza posto, ben attrezzate e piacevoli, non molto grandi, ma singole e avevano tutto ciò che era necessario, in particolare le letti (due) erano molto confortevoli. Abbiamo cenato in un ristorante molto buono e ha offerto una scelta eccellente. Il personale in tutte le aree era amichevole e utile. Per chiunque abbia problemi di mobilità non c'è ascensore, ma credo che l'aiuto fosse disponibile con bagagli se richiesto. Le camere avevano docce da cammino.

A me piace davvero questo hotel. La vista è sorprendente, e la reception è molto amichevole. Hanno anche un ristorante e un bar giù, che è davvero un risparmio per noi dopo un lungo giorno di guida.

Il prezzo di quattro o cinque sterline ogni notte inizia.Questo è un hotel di Fort, situato in Scozia, che appartiene all'ovest.Dal punto di vista della zona pubblica, è fatto bene e non è provocatorio.Ma dal punto di vista della camera degli ospiti, il rapporto di prezzo è ovviamente molto basso. Le strutture sono vecchie e non sono in discussione. È necessario un aspirapolvere... un turbinaio prodotto vent'anni fa, che non può accettare il resto, non ha alcun effetto aspirapolvere. I modelli di corpo degli ospiti sono molto rigorosi in un momento, e gli individui pensano che la pressione idrica può essere ulteriormente aumentata e migliorata lo spazio. Un aspetto lodevole è l'acqua di lavaggio dei capelli, il protettore dei capelli, la rivestimento e l'obesità nel bagno.Ci sono due certificati di famiglia reale, e la qualità è anche buona.Il dispositivo di lavaggio del viso è tradizionale separato, cioè il tipo di acqua fredda o calda che si può essere, in realtà, non può essere acqua calda. Il divano nella stanza dell'ospite è tessuto. Il punto è se non si può vedere se portare un cappello e se è pulito, ma è che la gente non vuole sedersi.Il cappello non può essere tolto, cioè ”molto vecchio senso dell'età”. Ok, parlate della parte della zona pubblica: i prodotti del ristorante sono ancora abbastanza standard, e ci sono standard di Michelin, sia pranzo sia colazione... sono abbastanza buoni, ma la qualità del caffè è buona.Il personale di servizio è entusiasta, gentile, sereno e sorridente. Ci sono diversi saloni di soggiorno ricreativi nella zona pubblica interna, anche ristoranti, sono estremamente lussuosi, comodi, scritti, confortevoli, niente da sfidare.Le foreste esterne e i sentieri hanno molte aree ”gravi” da migliorare, come il progetto di verde. Un ultimo commento: il parcheggio è gratuito. Dopo tutto, il proprietario Chai è un cinese dell'Asia sudorientale. Il territorio del castello ha una superficie di 5000 ettari.Se il parcheggio è ancora costoso... è troppo ridotto. In generale... si può dire che è un vento europeo antico, ma le persone non pensano che l'antico vento europeo non debba necessariamente aggiornare o rinnovare strutture e mobili. Soprattutto la superficie è così grande che se si fa bene in termini di verde... è una vecchia frase ”al di fuori dell'oro, perdendolo”.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Factors Inn per 5 notti, l'abbiamo usato come base per viaggiare, da lì abbiamo visitato Oban, Malaig e Skye, in generale siamo stati molto felici del nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto una camera superiore con un bellissimo letto grande comodo, Servizi di caffè tè divano, tavolo da caffè e non una TV di dimensioni sbagliate era cane amichevole questo è grande per noi e il nostro cane, si può prendere un autobus fuori sulla strada principale per Fort William o utilizzare il locale A&A affidabile servizio taxi che abbiamo usato poche volte, Gli unici negativi che posso pensare sono che il bagno era molto data, ma dopo aver detto che non ha influenzato il nostro soggiorno, e al check in ci sono stati chiesti se vogliamo prenotare colazione al castello, ma non permettono cani nel castello così abbiamo rifiutato , aveva un delizioso colazione e cena appena entro 10/15 min passeggiata lungo il ciclo/passeggiata lungo la strada da Factors al Golf Club/Caddy Shack Restaurant & Bar che correva da un bellissimo coppia che non può fare abbastanza per voi. Il nostro soggiorno è stato un piacevole e ci rimanderemmo e ci fermeremmo.

My partner and I booked Glencoe House for a family celebration. We booked lodges 9 & 11 along with suite 2. The surroundings were outstanding, with peace and tranquility from our decking allowing us to forget about our bustling lives for a few days. We had dinner in suite 2 as a group. The choices were extensive, from stunning local seafood and meats to delicious desserts and cheese....obligatory wines from our in suite bar were on hand to supplement each dish. The service was incredibly professional, discreet, and a joy to experience. We really did feel like royalty. The chef, I think his name is George, made an appearance to ensure all was well. Marvellous. We had drinks afterwards in the main hall and chatted with Angela, a local lady. She gave us fantastic tips on the best walks in the are, taking into consideration my father's slight mobility issues. The following day, we took her advice. After a beautiful in suite breakfast, we meandered around the local trail, a more or less level walk with plenty of benches scattered around it for a quick breather. Glencoe House oozes an opulence which hotels don't seem to have anymore. From arrival with James in his kilt, the decor, ambience, and the facilities on hand, everything. The 2 lodges are basically next door and are stunningly beautiful. Next level luxury! We as a group cannot wait to return. We are all smitten with this establishment and every single dedicated and supremely professional employee. Thankyou so much to all of you, and we cannot wait to visit and see you all again. Xx

4 go off on their motorbikes….. again! What a great place, very comfortable, immaculately clean. In a fabulous location, right next to the Corran Ferry. Great for a short hop across the narrows - well it would be if the Scottish Government ever managed to maintain the CalMac fleet and get a reliable boat there! The bunkhouse is So Much More than that. It is like a very high quality Bed & Breakfast (Without the breakfast - unless you make it yourself as it has a fully equipped kitchen area) Well recommended

We stayed for 1 night in August 2024. We were a family grouping of seven adults and older children and we booked one of the four bed “beach houses” with hot tub adjacent to the hotel. We paid £630 for the one night which was a special deal on the website, reduced from the original price of £750. I still don’t think that was good value for money. The Holly Tree describes itself as a luxury hotel. It’s not luxurious. It’s good to nice. I’ve been fortunate to have travelled around the world with my job and on holidays and stayed in many luxury hotels so I know what that means. The beach houses are new and yes, they have nice en-suite bathrooms and are modern and clean, but they lack the “wow factor” and small details to be classed as luxury. The outdoor hot tub wasn’t sheltered in any way so with a Force 8 gale blowing and torrential rain, it was basically unusable on the night we stayed. In such an exposed location, it’s pointless have hot tubs with no weather protection of any kind. The hotel itself is OK but again, it’s really pushing it to describe it as luxury. The restaurant looks tired and the bar was mostly full of restaurant style tables and chairs crammed in with maybe 3 sofas, when I was hoping for something a bit more comfortable and cosy. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was good quality. Service was pretty good too. So overall, I don’t think it was value for money that we paid. The beach house was very nice but not luxury standard and the hotel itself needs a makeover. It’s trading on its location too much.

What a lovely place! I've stayed here with my daughter on the way to Skye and this was a real gem to find. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warm and friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch to our stay, making it even more special. The rooms were comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that perfectly complemented the hotel's charming surroundings. We slept soundly and woke up up refreshed and ready for the journey ahead. We had dinner in the bar, which was perfect for us and the delicious breakfast set us off for the rest of the day. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed the large lawn outside and at the banks of the loch. Will be definitely stopping again, hopefully for longer to explore the area some more.
