Questo posto è stato di gran lunga il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato a Fort Smith. Lo consiglio a chiunque per una notte fuori o per un soggiorno di famiglia, hanno un caldo colazione che era biscotti e patatine di salsa secca fanno le vostre vafle e uova, così come un sacco di altre cose che potreste ottenere che era complimentare. Anche loro hanno una piscina interna e hanno anche un posto di lavoro. E il servizio al di fuori del desk era fantastico da lontano la persona più gentile che abbia mai incontrato in un hotel.

Abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro team di scuola superiore e abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza. Il processo di prenotazione per un gruppo era facile, il processo di check-in è andato bene, e i lavoratori erano così amichevoli. Il palazzo era molto ben tenuto, le camere erano pulite e i letti erano confortevoli.

Io ero con alcuni predicatori in un blocco di tre camere che erano state riservate per noi. Le camere erano molto spaziose e confortevoli. Sapevamo che sarebbe stata una breve notte, ma i letti erano confortevoli e facevano dormire facilmente. Le camere erano anche molto tranquille, il processo di check-in non era il migliore. Le camere erano state riservate e chi l'ha fatto parlava con i ”super-up” di prendere la carta di credito e così via. Quale sarebbe stato un breve processo è finito per prenderlo molto più tempo di quanto dovrebbe. La comunicazione doveva essere migliore. Il colazione era molto buono e la selezione era decente. Il personale era molto bello. Sicuramente raccomandare questo posto. Controllo in corso non ha rovinato l'esperienza.
