It was a great experience but I was charged a deposit fee that I was told I would get back and still haven’t received it

The gym is four cardio machines that don’t work. There was no pool access. Nor breakfast.

I don’t know where to begin. Staff is rude You can’t even sleep at night cause people walking down the hall are yelling back and forth at each other. Room are dirty floors are slippery with some kid of cleaning detergent. The list goes on

They were lovely people working there, location was great too. Just the hotel was outdated& our tub was clogged. Wish it was more up to date.

Dirty & crazy place

Me pidieron un depósito cuando entré al hotel pero no lo devolvieron cuando salí que pasa que no llega a mi tarjeta el dinero

Terrible. No limpieza y no cambian la toallas ni sabanas. No recomiendo ese hotel a nadie no está listo para alojar personas

La piscina crrrada Gym cerrado una sola maquina de Hielo para 5 pisos y nada de opcion para comer en el lugar o añrededor

I never got a confirmation of where we was staying or if it was even booked and had to find another hotel upon our arrival in ft laughterdale.

I checked in with my kids, went to our room, and then checked out an went to a different hotel. We didn’t feel comfortable staying even 1 night there. The elevators were broken, the hallways and room were dingy, the furnishings were cheap as can be, like leftovers from a garage sale, and it looked like people were living there. In a bad way. This did not seem like an establishment meant for vacationers. Very shady and uncomfortable.

my sister who is physically disabled was treated rudely,no assistance was offered to her, there was a fire emergency, again she was not offered ANY ASSISTANCE getting out of the building . When the emergency was over and the hotel did not honor our reservation we were not offered any assistance finding alternative accommodations. This was an all round awful experience and I don’t think I will ever book through ******* again as the reason they gave me for this was the fact that I booked through you. Will you be refunding me for this booking?
