La hall dell'Hotel è bellissima! Il personale della reception è stato fantastico. Siamo "passati" a una King Suite. L'intero "primo piano" (un livello sopra la lobby) è molto buio. La stanza era grande ma non era pulita. La moquette nel corridoio e nella stanza era sporca. Il letto era comodo. Il bagno non era pulito e non c'era il sapone. Ho dovuto trovare una governante per chiedere sapone, shampoo, ecc. Penso che, poiché abbiamo prenotato tramite un fornitore terzo, ti danno le stanze peggiori. Mi ha ricordato il film Titanic: eravamo nella zona di pilotaggio dell'hotel o nella parte più antica, probabilmente *******, dell'hotel. Detto questo, posizione fantastica!! Prenoterei di nuovo qui di sicuro!

Landmark hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel exterior and lobby and restaurant interiors were excellent. The room decor was a let down and the hotel management should consider reviewing and upgrading that to match the hotel .

Non working outlets, non working TV , broken handle

I loved the beautiful architecture and cleanliness of the whole hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here a million times over!!!

The hotel is a classic beach, the staff friendly with impeccable service attitudes! Door man was wonderful offering us directions and quaint conversation as we waited for our car. Oak Long Bar is classy and has great cocktails.

You cannot imagine how special they made you feel, Michael and John at the door were amazing, they remembered our names, always asked what we had done that day, Amanda at the front desk was extraordinary, very thorough with our check in and also remembered our name when we passed . Rooms were super clean

The room 145 looked old, air conditioning system was loud and cranky. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and I can hear everybody walking and talking in the hallway all through the night. I don’t think the experience in that room was worth the money we paid.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The location is amazing, an easy stroll to Copley Place, Newbury St. or the T to go into "Downtown". Really great, we will definitely be staying here again!
