La mia recensione è un po' in ritardo, ma io e mio marito con i nostri 2 bambini siamo stati al W e abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza. Ci siamo stati l'ultima settimana di luglio. Abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni. L'hotel è bellissimo, molto raffinato. Un sacco di servizi. Da quando siamo arrivati, tutti erano super gentili. Abbiamo avuto un'ottima vista della spiaggia dal nostro balcone. Abbiamo soggiornato al 21° piano e il nostro piano era molto silenzioso. La nostra camera era molto pulita, aveva sempre un buon odore non appena uscivi dall'ascensore per entrare nei corridoi. L'hotel era molto pulito. La nostra camera era sempre pulita. La camera era molto bella. Ottimo accesso alla spiaggia. Il servizio di parcheggio è stato ottimo, tutti erano super gentili. Non abbiamo mangiato all'hotel però perché era piuttosto costoso. Nel complesso, abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza e sicuramente ritorneremo al W in futuro.

Worst experience & Horrible advertisement… Only water view was the Rain . Never again

THE HOTEL DID NUMEROUS UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON MY CARD TOTALLY $1,000!!! AND I’M STILL TRYING TO RECOVER THIS!! Watch out for the charges on your card. Pool area tiles are dirty. Bath water is yellow!! I suggest you stay at the Hilton next door. (I did wonder why on other booking sites the review scores were low in comparison to neighbouring hotels - unfortunately I didn’t take heed!!!)

We got to the hotel to find out the main pool would be closed for august which is one of the main reasons I picked this hotel so super disappointing. Everytime we would call for issues no one would come. No cord for the Bluetooth speaker, no one came. Fridge not cold, no one came. No one serviced our room for trash and towels had to call, and once again no one came so we threw everything out in the hall until someone passing by happened to stop and do it for us. Will never stay here again!

訂的是兩卧室的套房，房間很大，乾淨衞生，非常非常滿意！強推！唯一美中不足是次卧的窗口外面有兩根很粗的柱子，影響觀景。

Piscina espectacular! , enfrente Del Mar y muy buena ubicación. El valet parking es muy eficiente y me costo 50$

Great suite with enormous balcony, lounge chairs and both ocean front views and city view. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower though.

The room was not in the best conditions the tub did not look clean, it was not worth what we payed to stay there.

Everything was great! From the moment I got to the front desk, I was delighted to hear that I was upgraded to an oceanfront room. Upon arrival to the room, we were very happy to see the amazing view, the great amenities featured, etc. Valet was a breeze, and the surrounding area was amazing!

Weird lighting in the rooms, it’s strange because there wasn’t enough lights or they were extremely dim. NO PRIVATE BATHROOM! Room for the toilet only, shower was in the middle between the sink and the beds. It was just an okay room. Nothing fancy. I expected more from a W Hotel.

It was just an ok property. It had great ocean views. The pools were small and you had to use two elevators to move around the hotel.

It is perfect for families with young children with the two pools at the hotel and the beach literally across the street from the hotel.

The rooms are nice and clean. We waited 3 hrs for some tacos at the pool. There were no chairs or were to sit at one of the pools. We had no coffee cups for coffee inside room, had to wait another hour for that. Room service was fast. Steak 954 restaurant was great!

Unfriendly and not motivated stuff at Check-in. The valet service when checking out was a desaster! We waited 30 minutes for the car. The steakhouse was closed.
