Hotel vicini a Grand Palm Plaza a Fort Lauderdale

La mia recensione è un po' in ritardo, ma io e mio marito con i nostri 2 bambini siamo stati al W e abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza. Ci siamo stati l'ultima settimana di luglio. Abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni. L'hotel è bellissimo, molto raffinato. Un sacco di servizi. Da quando siamo arrivati, tutti erano super gentili. Abbiamo avuto un'ottima vista della spiaggia dal nostro balcone. Abbiamo soggiornato al 21° piano e il nostro piano era molto silenzioso. La nostra camera era molto pulita, aveva sempre un buon odore non appena uscivi dall'ascensore per entrare nei corridoi. L'hotel era molto pulito. La nostra camera era sempre pulita. La camera era molto bella. Ottimo accesso alla spiaggia. Il servizio di parcheggio è stato ottimo, tutti erano super gentili. Non abbiamo mangiato all'hotel però perché era piuttosto costoso. Nel complesso, abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza e sicuramente ritorneremo al W in futuro.

Hotel in posizione ideale con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e ristoranti locali. Il servizio era OK, la squadra sembrava sempre cercare di fornire il miglior servizio possibile, solo eccezione era al Breeze Cafe durante il giorno in cui la signora sembrava davvero non essere interessata al lavoro. La piscina è stata meravigliosa e ha avuto un'atmosfera eccezionale e buona, guardando la Copa del mondo della FIFA in TV al bar. La stanza era buona, buone strutture. Solo la critica era la chiusura della porta al balcone non funzionava e c'era un orribile odore il primo giorno - come un animale morto o un tessuto bagnato? . Ho lasciato la porta al balcone aperta mentre in camera la volavano fuori che sembrava risolverla.

If you are looking to stay at one of the best places in Ft. Lauderdale- look no further. This Hilton lives up to its name between the cleanliness of the rooms, halls, pool, lobby and spa. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always smiling. We were greeted and welcomed back every time we came and went wether it was by car or on foot. They did have some elevator issues during our time there, but were fixed rather promptly and did not put a damper on our stay. The location couldn’t have been better for us. Across the street is the beach and if you make a right down N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd and walk about 15-20 mins you will hit some of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. Live music every night and more outdoor dining then I’ve ever seen, it just makes you feel so alive! We recommend Spazio, it’s a bit further down the ***** but we went back twice it was so good. There’s a CVS not too far from the hotel on that same ***** that has any essentials you may have forgotten or if you’d just like some snacks/alcohol. My husband and I got a couples massage in the Hilton’s Spa, it was fantastic! We ate breakfast at Ilios (inside the hotel on floor 6 by the pool) the food was to die for. They have outdoor, indoor and at the bar dining. A few side notes, parking is expensive ($20ish a day) and I believe it’s valet only. The resort fee includes two bottles of water a day, two free hours for their bikes, yoga in the morning and you get beach chairs and towels. Umbrellas are an extra charge of $25 which is very expensive to me unless you really would like to be on the beach for hours. We only found ourselves using the beach chair services so the resort fees were a bit of a waste of money to us, but for how immaculate this Hilton is, it didn’t bother me. Last thing, I wanted something with a balcony so I booked the Ocean view. I was very happy with that but it was only a partial view so if you’d like a full blown view I think you need to book an ocean front. Overall, extremely happy with everything and I promise you Hilton & Fort Lauderdale, we will come back and see you soon!

Annisssa was great and very attentive when my reservation for my last night didn’t come through. Bill the manager is super cool and he is really easy going. It’s nice to go to place where all the staff is not so up tight. The room was nice and only one spot o the sheets which I I call a huge plus! All in all it was a good stay.

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole. Il manager di ufficio frontale dell'hotel ha anche migliorato la mia stanza perché mi sentivo come l'altro era stato fumato. Il personale in generale è molto amichevole e professionale. I valli erano fantastici e veloce, veloce. Sulla parte superiore del servizio incredibile la posizione e la piscina frontali dell'oceano non possono essere battuti.
