The bus station "Wichel" for transportation to Fiesch and to the Fiesch-Eggishorn cable car is a short one-minute walk away. We will be happy to provide two mountain bikes from Bike-Store Schweizer (25% discount) for those interested in mountain biking. During the winter, you are welcome to use the snowshoes in the apartment to discover the winter wonderland in and around the Fieschertal valley.The vacation apartment includes an eat-in kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for your stay: kitchen with oven and stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric teakettle, coffee maker with filter, fondue pot and utensils for several people. The staff is nice. Breakfast was simple but fresh bread, eggs, butter, cheeses, hams and jams are all we needed. We had two dinners and it was chef’s food menu. Highly recommended

I prezzi di questo hotel sono davvero stellari. Nonostante cio' quello che offre è alla pari se non meno di tanti hotel (meno cari) di altre località svizzere alquanto famose. La stanza, seppur dotata di var comfort e spaziosa, era caldissima. Il piumino soffocante, il materasso scomodo, il letto piuttosto stretto. Divano e poltrone un po' vetuste e polverose. Bagno modesto, con asciugacapelli da viaggio e vasca vecchio stile non pulitissima. Il buffet della colazione offre una grande varietà di alimenti, vista la clientela molto internazionale. La qualità pero' lascia molto a desiderare. Marmellate e pane dal sapore insipido, jogurt e cereali di seconda scelta, lo jogurt confezionato poi non era nemmeno refrigerato. L'interno dell'hotel è un miscuglio confuso di stili moderni e antichi, che non appaga l'occhio. La reception è stretta e l'ascensore è assolutamente inaccettabile, ancora di quelli senza porta interna che scorrono a muro, quindi se per caso ti rimane incastrato qualcosa, si mette male... inoltre inaccessibile a una carrozzina. In ogni caso, per dire anche le cose positive, il personale è molto gentile, il panorama è molto bello e la posizione comoda, proprio alla stazione. I gestori sembrano dedicarsi con passione al loro lavoro e si impegnano in progetti ecosostenibili. I prodotti da bagno dell'Occitaine sono un punto a favore.

I prezzi di questo hotel sono davvero stellari. Nonostante cio' quello che offre è alla pari se non meno di tanti hotel (meno cari) di altre località svizzere alquanto famose. La stanza, seppur dotata di var comfort e spaziosa, era caldissima. Il piumino soffocante, il materasso scomodo, il letto piuttosto stretto. Divano e poltrone un po' vetuste e polverose. Bagno modesto, con asciugacapelli da viaggio e vasca vecchio stile non pulitissima. Il buffet della colazione offre una grande varietà di alimenti, vista la clientela molto internazionale. La qualità pero' lascia molto a desiderare. Marmellate e pane dal sapore insipido, jogurt e cereali di seconda scelta, lo jogurt confezionato poi non era nemmeno refrigerato. L'interno dell'hotel è un miscuglio confuso di stili moderni e antichi, che non appaga l'occhio. La reception è stretta e l'ascensore è assolutamente inaccettabile, ancora di quelli senza porta interna che scorrono a muro, quindi se per caso ti rimane incastrato qualcosa, si mette male... inoltre inaccessibile a una carrozzina. In ogni caso, per dire anche le cose positive, il personale è molto gentile, il panorama è molto bello e la posizione comoda, proprio alla stazione. I gestori sembrano dedicarsi con passione al loro lavoro e si impegnano in progetti ecosostenibili. I prodotti da bagno dell'Occitaine sono un punto a favore.

The Hotel Jungfrau is situated next to the ski school with its own exercise area for children and offers direct access to slopes around the car-free village of Mürren. In summer, the meadows behind the Hotel Jungfrau are an ideal playground for children and they also give you access to the many hiking paths around Mürren. As a guest of the Jungfrau hotel you enjoy free access to the public bath including a jacuzzi, to the ice rink, as well as discounts for other facilities in the local sports centre. Both train stations are only 8 to 10 minutes’ walk away.
