旅途的中轉站，酒店很漂亮，停車場也很大，指引明確，因為到的比較晚，是酒吧的帥哥辦理的入住，第二天我問前台的女士吃早餐怎麼走，兩位都很熱情的引領我們，而且語速不快，説的很清晰，能聽懂的感覺太好了😀。早餐是我來英國一週，吃的舒服的一次，可惜沒帶手機去餐廳。房間比較老了，好在足夠大，兩張1.5的雙人床，浴室也挺大，就是淋浴的龍頭用不了，衹能用浴缸的龍頭。

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and comfortable and clean room. We could’ve also used the attached pool and spa for free but didn’t have time. Meals were beautiful and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely return and stay longer next time

Stayed here overnight when attending a function at the venue. Easy to find, free car parking, smooth check-in. Room was perfect - good sized bed, if a little hard , plenty of tea and coffee (and a choice of milk) and we'll appointed bathroom - only thing missing in the bathroom was a shower mat. Comfortable night sleep and a very good breakfast the following morning . Topped off with friendly staff made this a perfect event. Would definitely use again if I needed a hotel on this area.

What a wonderful Sunday lunch, very tasty carvery, loved the food and the atmosphere. Very very good service from the waiting staff, they are very well trained and I complimented the team after lunch. Thank you again all. We will come back. Diolch.

A truly well run, warm and welcoming hotel that is a credit to everyone that works there. As someone that travels a lot for business, staying at a hotel that is truly welcoming and genuinely friendly is actually quite rare. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble - every single request was handled with a smile and genuine want to help. The food is exceptional, hearty and fresh and a real credit to the hotel. The rest areas are clean, comfortable and warm and the bar has a great selection of drinks for all tastes, again all served with a smile. The bedrooms are clean, well presented and has everything you need for a restful nights sleep. Very much I felt like this was a home from home.

We got married at the diplomat hotel on Saturday 7th September 2024. Sheldon has been amazing since the day we booked our wedding, nothing was ever to much. He is a very professional wedding Coordinator. Sheldon created such a beautiful wedding ceremony, reception and evening party rooms look amazing you and your team worked so hard to make our day so special. Everyone said how stunning the food was, staff were all so friendly. We couldn’t have wished for anything better was one of the best days of our lives finally getting to become Husband and wife. No words will ever be enough to thank Sheldon for everything he did for us. Wish we could do it all over again. From Mr & Mrs Davies ( Mark and Rachel)

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all staff who were responsible for making Rachel and Marks day so special and memorable on Saturday. From Sheldon who worked tirelessly to bring their special day to life to the bar and catering staff who were so friendly and welcoming and also to the housekeeping team who offered their services and provided last minute requests. Thanks to the reception staff and Paul and the management team, it was a wonderful day and I will have no hesitation in recommending the hotel as an excellent venue for celebrating the meaningful events in our lives. We stayed at the Diplomat hotel for 4 nights on a coach trip and what a warm and welcoming place it is! It was so lovely to stay at a family run hotel with character and individuality and such friendly and helpful staff. We looked forward to our home cooked dinner every evening in the restaurant. The food was delicious! We would definitely recommend this hotel, it really is quite charming.

We had our 24th wedding anniversary afternoon tea there today apart from getting a hot teapot spilled over the table my phone and my leg had to ask for a new teapot as it was leaking really bad the food was OK disappointed in the choices of sandwiches and cakes it should be allowed to be your choice as my husband only had ham as he doesn't like tuna or egg and nothing chocolate the lemon posset and lemon cheesecake was on par top notch, but scones a little doughie and no one likes coffee cake need more vake selection .no profiteroles or éclairs would of been nice touch and some mini hot rissoles or mini pasties and added mini roast potatoes great service apart from getting my leg burned from hot tea and my phone too julie was excellent server she was constantly on her feet and checking in on customers but this was a little disappointing for our first visit we are both hoping to be
