La posizione è ok, la colazione è buona ma non c'è uno standard minimo per il servizio in camera, niente pantofole per i clienti!!!!!!! È un hotel di livello 2 o 3 stelle ma non 4 stelle

Le strutture della camera sono vecchie e l'intonaco sul tetto e sul muro sopra il bagno si sta staccando. L'ambiente dell'hotel è ok, con prati e piscine. Il servizio è estremamente scadente, le cose sono fatte in maniera rigida e inflessibile.

Ottimo tranne la colazione un po' delusa per la qualità e la scelta non eccezionale

We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Volubilis. We hesitated to book the hotel because of some bad reviews about not having hot water and the staff being unfriendly (especially to Asians). But we decided to book anyways because of its location and quite affordable price. We were arriving to Fez at around 5pm, and we were told staying at the Medina wouldn't be worth it. Since we were catching a flight the next morning, we thought it would be more convenient to stay in the new city. So, despite some of the bad reviews, we decided to spend the night at Hotel Volubilis. Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance. The staff was nice and they welcomed us well and took our request for a taxi to the airport in the morning. So, we have no complaints about the staff. Our room was big with a terrace. The room was old but clean. The terrace had no table or chairs, but it was okay. The bathroom was also big and we had no issues with the hot water. We showered at arrival and in the morning and water was hot and with pressure. The thing that we missed the most in the room was a fridge. Other than that, all good and acceptable. Though we agree with the other comments saying that this is not a 4-star hotel by "global" standards.

Super séjour

확실히 오래된 호텔이 맞습니다 대신 고급 호텔이어서 전체적인 시설은 준수합니다 단, 냉장고가 안되고 호텔 내부의 전체적인 밝기가 어두운 편입니다

停車出入方便。環境優雅，雖是冬季無人游泳，但一方一圓的兩個游泳池都打理得乾淨，草坪修剪得平整。廊道的藍色燈光柔美。房間較大，盥洗室佈局合理適用，沐浴水大水熱。禁煙做得好，感覺空氣清新。早餐各樣都有一點，注意了飲食平衡。房間與陽台之間的玻璃推拉門不靈活，不好用，需要修理。

Kamer is groot en schoon. Balkon aanwezig . De kamer was ook lekker goed verwarmd .

酒店很漂亮！有陽台、院子和兩個漂亮的泳池 還有很多水果樹 但是設施有點奇怪， 它沒有開水壺、沒有咖啡機、沒有熨斗、沒有拖鞋、沒有牙刷，衹有一個杯子…我不知道它是用來刷牙的還是用來喝水的… 但樓頂的牆或許是塑料做的😭，樓上的走路聲音非常清楚！…真的很崩潰

酒店一般，房間面積不大，可以停車 ，酒店對面有家超市，洗澡水小
