Ho soggiornato una sola notte per il cammino di Santiago posizione centrale Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo è disponibile da subito camera perfetta con tutti i servizi colazione eccellente

The hotel was ok, nothing special, staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was nice. The facilities were pretty basic, no fridge. The room was a strange shape, meaning the TV was in a weird place and wasn't watchable from the bed, there was also no chair, so the only way to watch it would have been to stand up. Breakfast was pretty nice, a decent amount to choose from. It was also on quite a busy street, meaning it was loud out as people passed by in the night, as did road sweepers and bin collectors in the early hours of the morning. I know the hotel isn't at fault for this, but it's still part of the experience and I found it hard to sleep. Overall, a decent hotel, but I don't think I'd stay there again

This hotel is very centrally located, basically at a walking distance from anywhere in town and the port. I received a free upgrade upon checking in, and the reception staff was friendly. It`s an older building but it is well maintained. Parking is an issue downtown Ferrol, and the private parking of the hotel is very limited.

Spacious room & bathroom, comfy beds. Hotel super clean and well appointed. Very good breakfast with a lot of variety. Staff helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was that our room was very warm and apparently they don’t have or operate AC in April

The friendly staff at reception made us super welcome and lent us adapter plugs for our phones. Super helpful all the time. The room was clean - at night we were woken by late night revelers on the street - but hey it was the weekend. Breakfast was an ok continental. Walking distance to lots of super cafes, bars and restaurants.

Very friendly receptionist. Grand old building in a quiet side street. Room nice, perhaps in need of a touch up here and there. Bathroom had lovely marble, rather spoiled by a rattly 80s shower curtain. Has a safe but no fridge. Quiet, fine for a night. Good breakfast buffet. Cake but no eggs.

Beautiful building, comfortable rooms, charming staff, convenient location. Excellent stay before the start of the Camino Ingles. Breakfast room spacious, food delicious. Ham, orange juice, bread, coffee.

Very good service, attentive and full of information. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Great start to our pilgrimage and I would recommend stopping here.

An exceptionally friendly welcome awaits guests to this very pleasant and centrally located hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. Our buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice - cereals, pastries, fruit, cheese, cold meats, omelette etc. I would definitely recommend this place. Buen Camino!

We stayed here on our first night of our pilgrimage. It’s in a quiet street, not too far from the harbour. It’s a basic clean room. Nice friendly staff who suggested a few places to eat. Good variety of breakfast items, I’m not sure of costs as this was part of a package deal.

Nos dieron una habitación con unas vecinas que no pararon de discutir a gritos toda la noche y con la TV puesta muy alta hasta las 6 de la mañana. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche y ni siquiera pudimos quejarnos en recepción porque no dejan allí a nadie hasta las 7 de la mañana que ya bajé en pijama a quejarme. Estuvimos a punto de llamar a la policia porque la situación era insostenible. Parece que esas personas viven allí desde hace meses y el hotel sabe que tienen ese comportamiento inadecuado y aún así nos dieron esa habitación contigua. En compensación, solo nos descontaron 20€ del desayuno, cuando deberían haber devuelto todo el precio porque no pudimos descansar ni dormir en toda la noche!! Fué todo una pesadilla!!
