I booked only one night, at the last hour, so the view wasn't the best, the calefactor never really worked, it was more noisy than normal. The bed was not confortable. The place was spotless and the service was OK,

Very close to Santuarium Fatima. Staffs are very kind, and room was clean. I recommend to other people to stay the hotel!

It is a terrible hotel which I will not come back anymore. I reserved 12 days with this hotel but just stayed 2 nights and I left. On the 3rd day, I came back from the Sanctuary and found the window was slightly opened and the lock of the window was not functioned. I requested to change the room and the front desk staff said to me no room was available. Although the window might be opened by the room cleaning staff after having tidied up the room, I was not assured it was what we guessed. The staff's attitude was not helpful. He said he would ask somebody to fix the window problem for me on the next day . I was a solo traveler. My room was located on 3rd floor and it was not difficulty for somebody to climb up and break into my room. After having considered the personal safety, I decided to check out. When I checked out, another front desk staff said he could change the room for me. However, I have already reserved another hotel. I sent an email to complain the service to the hotel manager but nil reply. I asked for cancelling the rest of my booking and refunding the payment through Trip.com. The hotel rejected to do so and said they offered to CHANGE THE ROOM for me but I declined. The hotel has never had any record about being broken into in their history. To my deep feeling, they will not take the customer's concern into their consideration. The management skill is terrible in a civilized world. I know there will be the "World Youth Day" to be held in Lisbon which is a very big event. If the traveler considers going to Fatima, please consider If: 1. you will reserve a hotel who will not taken your safety into their consideration. 2. you will reserve a hotel who will not acknowledge their fault and only put it onto the customer. 3. you will reserve a hotel providing broken facility to customer. When they know about it, they would not fix it for you at once. In addition, I had read their review again, an Asian stated the hotel staff's attitude was not helpful to Asian. I also have the same feeling. If you are Asian, you may also consider this point. Actually, there are more better hotels near the sides of the Basilica of Holy Trinity, ,which have many shops and restaurant around.

A estadia foi excelente o Hotel é maravilhoso e a comida do restaurante muito boa, a receção tem o atendimento de primeira linha. Recomendo.
