Hotel a Fatima, Portogallo

Non posso dire abbastanza buone cose su questo hotel a Fatima! Questa posizione appare di nuovo e le camere sono molto moderne e spaziose per un hotel europeo. Il lobby è molto attraente e aria con grandi finestre con bar e piccola zona di pranzo. Il personale al check-in era fenomenale. Il check-in ci ha preso un minuto prima di andare in camera nostra. Siete letteralmente a piedi dalla zona basilica da questo hotel. Abbiamo scelto il colazione aggiuntivo e non è stato servito stile buffet ma è stato portato a tavola su un cestino pieno di formaggi, carne, uova, frutta, nonché presentato con un bellissimo cestino di pane e pasticceria. Abbiamo anche avuto una bella cena all'hotel. Mio marito aveva octopus mentre io scelsi la pasta vegetariana (caricata con verdure). Ci è un ristorante molto altamente classificato in alto, Casa Platano, dove abbiamo pranzo. I miei mari pesci erano una delle migliori cose che abbia mai avuto. Se non basta, c'era un grande e ben stoccato negozio di regali con prezzi molto ragionevoli e un caffè dove potresti prendere un caffè e un snack. Vorremmo che ci fosse un altro giorno! E il nostro soggiorno e colazione sono stati inferiori a 200 dollari, e il pranzo e il pranzo sono stati anche ragionevolmente prezzi.

Passato 5 giorni in questo hotel. Tutti i membri del personale erano molto amichevoli e di aiuto durante il nostro soggiorno. L'hotel stesso era tempestivo e fresco e la nostra camera era pulita ogni giorno. La colazione era deliziosa e fresca servita e è stata inclusa nel pacchetto. L'hotel si trova a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal santuario della nostra Lady di Fatima e a soli 5 minuti dall'inizio della Via della Croce. Raccomando sicuramente questo hotel se si intende visitare i siti di Fatima!

Stayed in this hotel as part of a tour package booking from Singapore. It has a strategic location just a minutes walk to the square where nightly procession of Catholic worshipers, local and foreigners visit to pay penance or for prayers. The corridor becomes newer n more modern once u go up to the 1st floor. Bedroom n bath are very well organised. Shower stall with 2 glass panels whilst all other hotels on my Spain trip had single glass panel, floor gets wet inevitably. Had an excellent shower. Shower pressure Excellent. Shower stall adequate size for me. Breakfast n dinner were buffet style. Simple and tasty.

Questo hotel era assolutamente fantastico. La posizione era perfetta per tutte le esperienze religiose di Fatima che volevamo partecipare. Il personale era eccezionalmente utile e professionale. Come americani eravamo gentili nel buio - ci hanno aiutato a navigare il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso. Le camere erano così comode e moderne. Il colazione era meraviglioso anche. I prezzi erano grandi! Non potevamo avere un miglior soggiorno e consigliare molto questo meraviglioso hotel!!!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. The junior suite we stayed in was so spacious and comfortable! Everything worked well in the room. There was a minibar fridge that we could use (not stocked with minibar items at the moment as part of the ongoing hygiene measures), a kettle and sachets of tea. I would, however, advise the hotel management to apply the same hygiene principles to the drink sachets as they did with the minibar items. Remove them and only give these to the guests upon request. Our tea sachets looked crumpled and well-handled so we didn’t touch them. Depending on the number of guests, breakfast was either a buffet or a pre-ordered meal. We had the opportunity to experience both! Buffet breakfast was great with a lot of variety. There were scrambled eggs, crispy bacon slices, a variety of cheeses and ham, cereals, nuts, yoghurt, hot drinks, vegan packet drinks, different homemade jams, a variety of delicious pastries, different types of fresh bread and freshly sliced fruits (honey dew, kiwi, papaya, orange, etc.). The buffet breakfast was served by the staff. No self-service and no re-using of already used plates for hygiene reasons. Every time we wanted a second serve, the staff would serve the food on a clean plate. This was really such a good move to avoid the serving tongs/ladles coming into contact with used plates and increasing the risk of food cross-contamination!! The pre-ordered breakfast was also very good as it had the same items for guests to order (from a menu list) for breakfast the following day. Location wise, the hotel is around 7 minutes walk from the Sanctuary. The Fátima bus station is a 3-minute walk away and fast food outlets Burger King and McDonald’s are nearby. There is also a Pingo Doce supermarket in the area. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful grounds and a lush, stunning garden that is well worth exploring! There are ample free parking spaces on the grounds. The hotel also has two on-site chapels with the presence of the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. The larger chapel is absolutely stunning!! Sunday Masses (9.00 a.m.) are said here. The other chapel is smaller and very pretty and is used for daily Masses. To be able to attend daily Mass (7.20 a.m. on weekdays) was the highlight for us! Masses were beautiful and spiritually uplifting. Last but not least, the staff! They were exemplary (receptionists, breakfast staff, etc.)! Very efficient, polite, warm and friendly and taking the hygiene measures seriously. My card was wiped with a disinfectant wipe before being handed back to me! I was also given a disinfected pen with which to sign a form! Very nicely done! A beautiful hotel with beautiful chapels, beautiful grounds and beautiful people! Very peaceful and with a good ambience. It is especially good for personal self-retreats. Would stay here again without any hesitation. Highly recommended! Room tip: If staying in a junior suite with a glass divide between the room

Ci sono 1 ascensore che è accessibile agli ospiti, quindi l'iscrizione è stata facile, ma arrivare in camera con tutti arrivando in tour richiede 20+ minuti. Mia moglie e io ci sedevamo con una piastra molto delicata in una sala da pranzo che era stata quasi vuota e il manager ci ha continuato a sparare, perché la notte prima, senza alcun avvertimento, il telefono era in camera nostra e non siamo stati consultati, solo DONDO che il nostro La prenotazione era ora @ 8:00. Nessun modo, solo un ordine. Il manager era brutto e arrabbiato quando ci ha trovati, e ci ha fatto sentire come se avessimo attraversato una linea immaginaria! L'ultima volta che ho guardato, gli hotel sono là per servire i loro clienti; se il manager fosse stato solo diretto o [divino] gentile, avrei spiegato la situazione - nessuna possibilità. Non ho mai sentito più incomodo con il servizio più aperto e i cambiamenti non richiesti. Ci sono molti, molti hotel a Fatima, come durante i giorni di olio, potrebbero essere prenotate solidamente senza tende da noleggiare, ma questa non era alta stagione. Immagino che molti cattolici devoti sognerebbero di questo tipo di alloggi all'arrivo, ma stiamo solo cercando una visita di una notte. Se siete in Fatima, state attenti a un personale ipervigilante che sembrano farci un grande favore accettando i nostri soldi e permettendoci di mangiare. Non sarebbe tornato se mi mandassero l'aereo e ci invitassero a tornare.
