La prima cosa che sentiamo quando entriamo nella stanza è un odore forte, terribile e sgradevole che non riesco nemmeno a spiegare cosa fosse. Abbiamo chiesto di trasferirci in un'altra stanza ma erano al completo perché c'era un torneo quel fine settimana, hanno offerto Febreze che è stato di minimo aiuto. Il microonde era un incubo, accendilo e si spegne in circa 30/45 secondi poiché la presa di collegamento era presumibilmente sovraccarica. Quindi abbiamo dovuto continuare a riaccendere l'interruttore dalla presa dietro il tavolo pesante. Per scaldare una tazza di latte per i bambini, l'abbiamo riaccesa almeno 5 volte. La colazione era ok a parte il fatto che la macchina per pancake non funzionava, il personale ha detto che ci sono stati problemi, quindi avrebbero dovuto risolverlo. Non ho mai avuto un'esperienza alberghiera come questa prima. Ho davvero sentito che i nostri soldi erano andati sprecati, non valevano un centesimo.

It was ok but did not smell fresh and our room was not very clean. The bedding seemed clean but the hotel needs a refresh overall.

There was no heat in room. The heaters were not working.. so we woke to snow outside & was grateful to have brought a fleece blanket to room as there were no extra in room. Otherwise room was clean & no other issues

Our 2 night stay was for a quick trip of shopping. The hotel was Ok, price was right. It is a little worn-out and does need some upgrades. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Convenient location to 13th Ave, West Acres Mall and I29.

Clean, Quiet, great location for our intended activities, close to shopping and interstate, easy to get to. Check in was a little challenging, especially since I reserved and paid online in advance, but otherwise staff friendly and attentive. The Box (Bar) attached to the hotel was a nice addition.

Basic but clean and comfortable. Had everything one would need (minus the shampoo and conditioner being empty) but it sounds like the cleaners normally check those so it was probably a fluke. Room had a faint funky smell, but overall it was good value for the cost.

The hotel is a bit older, was going thru a remodel and was clean and the help was friendly. Hotel is located close to the mall and eateries.

The hotel is older but they continue to do Reno’s in fact when we were there for the Feb. 18th long weekend they were applying a fresh coat of paint to the hallways. The team they have hired are a very conscientious group. The hotel was quiet and couldn’t hear a thing from the other rooms. Their breakfast has good options. It would be nice if they could add some fresh fruit to their breakfast. Otherwise we would go back to this hotel

The room smelled like what some people do after smoking when the spray Febreeze all over the place. I couldn't be in the room. The bathroom was dirty too. I couldn't even stay in the room more than 15 minutes due to the odors. When I complained, staff was friendly, but helpless. I ended up not staying. I just drove through the night back to my home.

I had asked for an accessible room. I have a lot of medical problems. No elevator. Was by myself

The ladies working the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

For being a ghetto hotel, they charged my card 250 bucks on a prepaid room. Even the residence inn only charges about $1.36 deposit upfront. Its been 2 weeks and is still not on my account.

Bed linen was flirty & staff brought new linen but left it to us to make the beds. No apology or bother to look. Loud & day workers made it unsafe. Dirty all the way around. Horrible experience

Contrary to the reviews, my room was clean, well stocked.front desk gals were pleasant and hot breakfast was great.
