The things that can be improved include a. Service at the restaurant can be quite hostile and when asked for a spoon, the staff asked us to take it from the buffet line instead. b. The location hardly has any taxi and you need to talk abit before you reach the main road to reach more taxis. c. The bathroom did not provide bath salt but this is trivial matter. Other than that, I must say it is a pleasant stay and recept service is commendable.

The overall experience at Beitou Hotel Royal was pleasant at 3.5 stars out of 5.0, but it didn't meet 4.0 stars for me. Check-in is on the 6F, and then you get a room between 7F-10F. There looks to be 11 rooms per floor (number 4 is skipped). The massage and spa are on 11F while the public hot spring is in 12F, and is accessible either by elevator or by stairs. There are solo male and female hot spring areas, which are quite small and cramped (3 mini pools, 2 saunas), and then there's a larger male and female area, which is a lot bigger and more comfortable with two large pools but are at lower temperatures. There are also lounge 4 chairs to chill on and 4 long wooden benches to sit on. Unfortunately, you need to bring your own swimming gear for the latter part as they dont sell these there. Thankfully, the rooms are very spacious (rectangular shaped instead of square shaped) with the toilet and shower plus hot spring separated, which is the right way to do this. However, the toilet is quite small. The lighting could be better as could the a/c, but the in-room hot spring is just big enough for two adults. The room uses a lot of white so it doesn't feel too dark. Breakfast is on 1F, and it's to the right when you enter the building. Service is decent, and you can't beat the location as it's right near the MRT station so the in-hotel food doesn't have to be good. This spot is just a step down from Beitou Asia Pacific Hotel, which we only very recently went to.

Sfortunatamente dobbiamo rimanere una notte nella camera assegnata prima di passare alla stanza prevista. Le foto qui sotto sono la camera assegnata inizialmente dove è diversa dalle foto mostrate su Trip.com per camera doppia superiore. In generale, è ancora un buon hotel.

Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto confortevole in hotel. Poiché era convenientemente situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e della metropolitana. L'hotel ha molte scelte alimentari nelle vicinanze e supermercati. C'è anche uno Starbucks in un edificio vintage in fondo alla strada. Ubereats è semplice e gli autisti possono lasciare il cibo alla porta per il ritiro. Un mix di servizi forniti dal personale. La maggior parte era molto accogliente ed educata. Il manager alto e con le specifiche, che ci ha assistito durante il check-out la mattina presto, è stato molto utile.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the view is spectacular. The breakfast is very good as well. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great location too. Overall I have a great experience with the stay.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. It's a typhoon day in Taiwan, all shops are closed, super windy that day. No choice but nowhere to go. Front desks are very accommodating, since last minute I did a room, and a lot of cancel room thats why I was able to get one, due to the said typhoon. Big room, huge beds, and a sort of mini dining table. Basically, it's so spacious. Corridors are big, and the design of the hallway overlooking the dining area is nice. But better with good signs of the room designation, if not, you might get lost. The hotel is very convenient with a convenient store beside it. MRT, Arena, shopping mall is just right the corner. Recommend for next stay. 我们在这里住了几晚。刚好入住时台风天，所有商店都关门了，那天风超大，别无选择，无处可去，住能留在饭店。 前台小姐非常热情，因为我临时多订了一间房，而且有很多人取消了房间，所以我才能订到，因为台风，不然爆满刚好当天‘’大明星开演唱会‘’’ 房间很大，床也很大，还有一张迷你餐桌。基本上，房间很宽敞。走廊很大，设计也很好，但美中稍有不足，最好走廊能有好的房间指示牌，不然你可能会迷路。 酒店非常方便，旁边有便利店。捷运、Arena、购物中心就在拐角处。 总言，饭店不错，值得再来住。

La stessa eccellente assistenza e ospitezza che ero qui alla fine degli anni '80 quando era ancora il simbolico Lai Lai Sheraton. Scegliere di rimanere con M.O. Il processo di check-in è stato regolare con tè speciale a casa e asciugamani freddi. La stanza era grande ed elegante. Tuttavia, i bagni erano sufficienti con una forte missione sostenibile. Questo MO utilizza ancora pasta dentale invece di altri carta da pasta dentale. Ho trovato le loro tovalette da bagno erano piuttosto vecchie, che non mi aspettavo da questo livello di hotel. La maggior parte degli hotel hanno caldaia d'acqua, ma non qui. Mi hanno offerto una macchina giapponese per l'acqua calda che mi ha fatto pensare 30 anni fa. Il pranzo era grande con molte varietà. Ho lo stesso livello di hotel, hanno una persona che vi guiderà nella vostra stanza ma non qui.
