Hotel Hotel per famiglie a Cambrils

"Generally, it was 3 star experience. Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea. The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”. So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet. Overall, hotel is not bad but not good. Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly. P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)"

"Questo hotel si trova a Cambril nel quartiere di vilafortuny. Siete vicino a Salou a piedi e in autobus (un fermo di autobus proprio davanti all’hotel, acquistare una carta di autobus ricarrabile nelle agenzie di autobus piana, il biglietto vi restituisce 3 volte meno costoso). A livello delle camere, il ricevimento è fatto ogni giorno e puramente. Non si sentono male le voci nei corridoi e se siete proprio in alto della sala festiva , si può sentire il rumore nelle sere. Quando sei K.O., passa o fai delle bolle in scatola. Da quello che è colazione è davvero un 10/10! Molte scelte per tutti i gusti. Il buffet serale è anche un 10/10 , enorme pasti e dolci per il prezzo di 15€ per persona. Ho provato la sala sportiva , piccola ma fantastica con le macchine di base e anche delle alteri. E per finire l’accoglienza era più o meno bene. Infine al Check-in l’ospite era un po’ freddo e non molto polio. Ma altri ospiti e ospiti sono buoni. È possibile noleggiare biciclette all’hotel per 9€ al giorno (testato ma non approvato quindi un ospite ci ha fatto un gesto commerciale). In caso contrario, noleggiare solo a pochi passi dall’hotel per circa la stessa somma."
