Hotel Review: Somerset Future Centre Wuhan Date of Stay:** March 16-22, 2025 Overview:** Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

La vista sul lago dell'appartamento è stupenda e c'è molta luce naturale. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, tra cui un microonde e una lavatrice. La pulizia circostante, tuttavia, ha bisogno di miglioramenti. Dall'ascensore al corridoio non è molto pulito. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e consiglierei questo posto. È a pochi passi dalla linea 7 della metropolitana di Wuhan e dal centro commerciale Mixc.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

E tutte le mie aspettative erano state soddisfatte. La strada per l'hotel non è facile da trovare, soprattutto quando arrivano la notte. La posizione tranquilla, come il sogno, in mezzo ai campi con vista sulle montagne lo fa. Ci sono parcheggi ben posti vicino all'ingresso gratuitamente.Nonostante il nostro arrivo tardivo, gli ospiti hanno voluto spiegare in dettaglio tutte le strutture. Questo è stato utile a causa delle diverse funzioni di casa intelligente (scene luminose, tende, aria condizionata, divertimento). La nostra suite è stata progettata con attenzione ai dettagli. Tutto è stato assolutamente pulito e ha fatto una impressione molto ben tenuta, quasi nuova. Bagno e doccia sono più basilari in design, ma comunque presentabile. Il bagno gratuito con vista sulla montagna è un'alta evidenza. La colazione è servita nell'edificio adiacente. Il menu cinese è stato recentemente preparato dall'ospite secondo le preferenze degli ospiti. La cortesia e l'attenzione degli ospiti sono particolarmente notevoli. Abbiamo goduto di una visita guidata dal bellissimo giardino privato e abbiamo avuto molto a conoscenza della casa e dei suoi proprietari.Il centro di biglietti Dixingu è a 5 minuti di auto. Se non si preoccupa, i visitatori possono combinare un'esperienza di esperienza nella splendida valle geocentrica con un alloggio altrettanto fantastico qui.

I regret that I have to rate this hotel a little bit disappointing. We booked a room on Level 2, but we were assigned a room on Level 1 as the guests in Level 2 want to stay for another night. This is not a very satisfactory arrangement. It was a cool night but we have to turn on the aircon in order to freeze the many mosquitoes on the wall so we could kill them. We originally booked for 4 nights and because the room on Level 1 is not as private as we have expected and full of mossies, we decided to leave on the next day. The location of the hotel is actually close to the lake in a nice setting, however in order to get the taxi, we have to walk a long way to wait for the taxi in the rain which is causing us concern as well. On departure, the young lady from the restaurant was very nice on asking the approval of the boss, took us to another hotel about 20 minutes away. We really appreciate their help and on attempting to pay her, she declined with thanks. Nice and honest people can always be encountered in China. We wish they could try to do something with the mosquitoes. By the way, restaurant setting is quite nice, the western food they serve are actually quite nice and salad leaves very fresh. I would prefer to dine in this area than the local Chinese restaurant which seem to be quite expensive and food a little disappointing on the night of arrival.

The room is very standard. Everything is very clean and nice. The toilet is very local tho. The owners are super nice! It’s an old couple with very good grisly attitude, who provide local simple breakfast and a ride to the airport.

Non è possibile tenere tutte le strutture della stanza intorno.L'esterno del balcone è un lago particolarmente tranquillo. Posso dire al capo che puoi indossare un vestito di salvataggio a un prezzo molto conveniente per giocare a un tavolo di giorno. Il capo ha anche inviato buoni giacca, servizio di cura, e ha bisogno di farlo.Il parcheggio è all'interno del cortile, è molto conveniente, vuole prendere qualcosa di relax.Ho sentito che il cibo della casa del capo è anche delizioso, cercando di provarlo la prossima volta.
