Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Exeter

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti per partecipare alla cerimonia del RCGP. L'hotel è pulito e pulito e molto vicino alla Stazione Centrale di Exeter e cammina per strada fino a negozi di strada.

Very close to high street. Full cooked breakfast buffet has a lot of food choices. The breakfast room is a bit small and crowded, expected to wait and be seated after 8:30am (as there is a warm reminder at the lift lobby / reception desk) Free on-street parking outside hotel after 6pm until 9am (weekdays) / 11am (sundays and bank holidays), so it is not necessary to give car parking fee inside the hotel premises.

Accoglienza eccezionale da parte della ragazza che ci accoglieva con un sorriso e si offriva di venire in strada a portarci i bagagli in camera. Camera molto tipica, bagno piccolissimo e senza bidet (per questo tolgo un punto). Ambiente tipico con sala per la colazone, sala lettura. Buona la colazione.

Mi sorprendeva di dover pagare il parcheggio in questo hotel con un solo hotel e un ristorante sul sito. Ho soggiornato in dozzine di motel di stile simile in tutto il paese, ma non ho mai dovuto pagare il parcheggio. Aveva prenotato una stanza accessibile per i miei motivi, ma il ricevitore mi guardava e mi chiedeva se avevo davvero bisogno di una stanza accessibile e suggeriva di passare a una stanza regolare. Non mi sentivo come discutere con lei così andava con la sua suggerimento, perché non volevo spiegare perché avevo scelto una stanza accessibile e pagato per questa scelta.

We have driven past this striking red brick building many times over the years and so we were both curious (and somewhat sceptical) to see how this ex- eye infirmary on the Exeter ring road would work as a 4* hotel. The hotel was an eye opener - no pun intended. The high ceilings, hospital proportion corridors and green paintwork all evoke the building's history and yet it is now a handy hotel within 10 minutes walk of the city centre. We enjoyed staying here. We booked 4 nights in a deluxe room with breakfast. The breakfasts were our favourite part of the stay. They are really good and are served in a modern conservatory overlooking an attractive circular lawn and flowerbeds. Breakfast staff were friendly and professional. It was a very nice way to start the day. The deluxe bedrooms are a bit on the small side. We ended up experiencing two! We had a few electrical problems plus a broken safe in our original room but the receptionist found a replacement room in the same category and we moved the second day. Both bedrooms were spotlessly clean. The toiletries supplied are by L'Occitane, and the tea and coffee are by Taylors of Harrogate which is a treat. All in all the only negatives are the slightly eccentric bedroom and bathroom layouts but overall the rooms are smart and the beds are comfortable. We didn't use the spa and pool but they looked good. You need to book spa treatments in advance as they are very popular. Another time.

Perfect for the M5 motorway. Lovely large room with a bath and shower over it. Always have a good nights sleep and do not hear the traffic. Very clean and very friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. We stay here when visiting family in Exeter. I just wish they would reopen the lovely bar and do bar meals again . We used to get lovely bar meals and very reasonably priced. Would be much better and more rewarding if you did go back to opening the bar. I notice a few people asking about the bar when we arrived. The only downside in our room this time was the bed and headboard was placed much too close to the wall leaving very little room for a large person to get in & out of bed. Room was very spacious with tea & coffee making facilities. Would have given 5 star if bar was open. There is a Service station just opposite which I found to be expensive this time.

Wow! What a fantastic hotel. Smiling, happy staff - and easy check in. My room was lovely - and quite the most comfy bed! I really enjoyed my evening meal (squid followed by a Jacket potato and LOTS of cheese) . I was staying at this hotel as it was nearest to the place where my best friends funeral was taking place. When we got back to the hotel, we asked it there was any way we could have coffees / teas for everyone. This was NO PROBLEM. Then, we asked if there was any way they could do sandwiches, chips, etc for all of us. And again... NO PROBLEM. I cannot praise this hotel enough.
