Very Beautiful Hotel, lovely professional helpful workers

Stayed at an upgraded harbor view king room. One of the largest and nicest room I have stayed this year at the price of a Marriott Courtyard stay downtown. Almost everything can be controlled via the IPad. Mini bar is stocked with drink and snacks, the price is steep and the items will be charged to you room if you pick them up for more than 30 secs. The front desk staff did warn me of that so I was not surprised by that. You will have to pay to use the fridge if you want to store your own items. Aside from the location, everything else is 5 star for me But from what I read online, the Encore does offer shuttle services to downtown/chinatown. Will stay again if I’m ever in Boston in the future.

The perfect ****** hotel. The room was spacious and gorgeous with amazing amenities. I especially appreciated the complimentary water bottles in the room. Unfortunately, I was double charged at check out, although it was fixed later on.

I put my in laws up at the ****** So they can have some fun while visiting for a baby shower. They loved the accommodations and had the time of their lives

Always a blast! Everything is always perfect! Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The bed is amazing! We love the large windows that overlook the harbor. We will be back

Really liked the resort and amenities

I was in the area looking at universities with my son. Having stayed in a couple of hotels that were expensive on the way to Boston (but were hugely disappointing) I couldn't spend hundreds on another night and feel the room wasn't clean, was tired/dated and yucky. So coming into Boston, I struggled to find a hotel that was really nice for less than $500 per night. The Encore was one of the best value places I could find and so reluctantly, I booked. I am so thrilled I did. It felt like incredible value for what we got and a real treat after being on the road for a few days in very average places. It was clean, large, well considered and was a fun place for us to lay our heads for the night. We didn't take part in the ****** (I didn't realise it was a ******) but we had a fun dinner and enjoyed the property the next day too. Highly recommended!
