Villa Sesmarias Lux is situated on the outskirts of the popular coastal resort of Carvoeiro a quiet residential area between similar luxury properties. It has some spectacular features including the ocean views, easy access to beautiful beaches, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, a south facing private pool, immaculate interior, and many other facilities.
When you step through the front door, you will immediately notice that the local owners have spared no expense in their attention to detail. Each room has been lovingly maintained and very well decorated with individual color scheme's, matching fabrics and appealing comfort. Air conditioning is present in all main rooms. The Sesmarias villa has an attractive entrance hall and all rooms radiate on the ground floor. Spacious and light are key words for the living room. This has a very large flat screen TV hanging on a wall, a feature bar and patio doors onto the sun terrace that surrounds the beautiful and family-friendly pool.
The kitchen / dining room is spacious and is exceptionally well equipped with everything a cook needs including a particularly impressive wood-burning grill / barbecue. Doors lead directly and easily to a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue. Ideal for lunches in the shade or dinner on a balmy evening. A cloakroom and the main bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace make this floor complete.
Upstairs there are two equally attractive bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms and two share a spacious sun terrace overlooking the ocean.
