After reading some of the reviews before staying at this hotel I have to say I'm not surprised. I totally agree with the comments that this is not a true 5 star hotel at all. The positives are the location, the pool area and the rooms (to an extent). From one way its only a short walk to the medina and from the other it's a short walk to the beach bars. The pool area is well maintained and very attracting. The rooms are a good size with comfy bed and powerful shower and they are very clean. However, we started off by having to change rooms as the room we were first given had a chipped bath - all the paint had come up off the bottom of the bath so it was unusable, the staff solved this pretty quickly by offering us a room of the same standard one floor above. Nevertheless, I find it shocking that a 5 star hotel would not maintain their rooms in the first place. We found the cleaning staff and concierges very friendly. Some of the breakfast staff and beach staff, less so. One day we sat on the beach beds and felt looked down on and were not treated as well as some of the other guests. This really put us off and prevented us using this area again. Not sure if this is because we are a younger/mixed couple? Overall, the hotel is lacking in a lot of areas and the Accor group need to look into this. I would definitely visit Essaouira again but would probably rent an apartment since the beach and medina have so many options anyway!

Albergo nuovissimo e bellissimo sul lungomare della splendida città di Essaouira dove mi sarei fermato più giorni, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Camera ampia, ben arredata, pulita, silenziosa, con cassaforte e ottimo WiFi. Bagno comodo ”alla francese” peccato per la doccia in vasca che a me non fa impazzire. Buffet con una vasta scelta e colazione dolce-salata buona. Personale del ristorante sempre molto attento e gentile. Veramente bello. Se, come spero, ritornerò a Essaouira credo ci farò la mia base.

Io e mio marito siamo locali e abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte per essere ripetuti sicuramente quando siamo arrivati a Essaouira. Sono disponibili sconti per grandi gruppi e soggiorni a lungo termine – Le consiglio di contattarli direttamente per il miglior prezzo. Questo è un vero riad marocchino caricato con antiche scaldature raccolte dai proprietari locali nel corso degli anni e decorato come un lavoro di amore e cucina. Il tè è fornito felicemente quando si accoglie. La colazione può essere inclusa con la stanza calda e fresca. C'è un'energia tranquilla e una cucina sul luogo. Sembrano amare la riad e i loro ospiti. E 'in una posizione facile e favolosa in Medina. A breve passeggiata sulla spiaggia, la piazza, il sok e la scala. Trovare è super facile utilizzando le mappe di google. Raccomando vivamente questo riad, soprattutto per gli inglesi che cercano un'autentica esperienza marocchina! Grazie Teresa e Loqman.

Ho passato una coppia di notti con mia moglie dopo aver fatto una visita in campagna. Quindi il viaggio era per rilassarsi. Il posto stesso e il proprietario erano molto gentili, il colazione era grande. Ma c'è sempre un solo punto. Quando ho prenotato, la cosa principale era parcheggio. La descrizione mostrava il parcheggio e questo è sbagliato. Devi parcheggiare fuori dalla medina e pagare per questo (US$5-7/night), quindi devi affittare una persona per portare il bagaglio in hotel (a meno che non ti piace portare il bagaglio) A proposito di US$2. Poiché il luogo era per dormire e rilassarsi per una notte, purtroppo il design del pavimento aperto ha diffuso qualsiasi suono dal piano inferiore all'intero bbg, quindi se qualcuno si sveglia alle 6:00, sicuramente si svegli anche. Il sito mostra disabilità accessibile. Non sono sicuro che ci siano camere sul pavimento, ma è necessario salire le scale per le altre camere, nessun ascensore, quindi non sono sicuro dell'accessibilità. Quindi, ancora una volta, una grande posizione, moglie (decoratore) amava la decorazione, ma nel mio caso, volevo solo dormire e riposare dopo due settimane di guida e il rumore nella AM, purtroppo, non ha aiutato molto. Abbiamo avuto solo una notte per soggiornare a Essaouira e abbiamo decisamente fatto una scelta meravigliosa - Villa Marocco è molto unica e così deliziosamente decorata - le camere sono spaziali e tutti molto elegante - ogni camera è in uno dei quattro riad interconnessi e l'intero luogo esula il fascino e la tranquillità. Siamo stati fortunati che Fatima ci ha mostrato alcune delle camere e ..... wow ..... quanto erano tutte bellissime. - la vista dal tetto è spettacolare, vista sulla baia. Siamo stati molto benvenuti e il personale ti fa sentire come se fossi una famiglia - niente era troppo difficile. A notte il posto è così bello - abbiamo cenato lì e i luoghi comuni sono candeleli che dà al posto un'atmosfera così rilassante - anche il fuoco è stato accennato nella zona del bar accogliente - rimarremo certamente lì e saremmo profondamente Siamo un paio di persone del Regno Unito.
