Hotel Hotel esport a Ningbo

The Hotel Service was very Good. The staff were so welcoming. Check in was so smooth. Food at the buffet was great. Amenities provided were top of the. So convenient. So Good So Clean.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Abbiamo ricevuto una rapida assistenza per il trasferimento a un altro hotel a metà della notte a causa del rumore della ventilaton della strada nella prima camera. Buone strutture, una camera pulita e spaziosa e un grande colazione.

La stanza è buona, lo stile di decorazione è anche la stanza preferita e il frigorifero. La TV della stanza non può essere aperta. La ricezione è stata risolta per meno di tre minuti. L'efficienza è anche alta. Vale la pena raccomandare

L'ambiente circostante può avere un parcheggio gratuito e una varietà molto ricco di colazione. Il fratello della reception è molto conveniente e tutte le strutture della reception sono molto buone per il bevanda gratuita.

The hotel is 3 stops with the metro from the airport, unfortunately the metro stops running at 22:20 so for late arrival still need a taxi. The rooms are clean and large, the hotel has seen better days but ok for one night. The bed was comfortabel and I had a good night rest. Staff was friendly and check in and out where quick.

Durante la festa nazionale, ho scelto questa casa, in generale soddisfatto, e i bagni sono anche buoni, specialmente il dentifricio non è molto cattivo, e la posa media dei capelli è anche molto regolare, che dà una buona sensazione.

酒店的衞生還不錯的整潔利落，而且服務意識這一塊做的也很好這一點一直以來都是還是非常的認可的。前台辦理入住很快效率非常的高非常麻溜的介紹各項訊息詳細，看到我在弄咖啡機非常主動的過來幫忙打了一杯避免了尷尬很棒，酒店的早餐非常豐富品種多樣，種類很多值得推薦味道好，中西都有非常好主要還有一個露天的地方很不錯可以吃吃早餐現在有點小太陽非常的舒服，酒店停車場大便捷，設施挺齊全周邊逛街也方便，服務熱情又周到，遇到服務員她們都會主動跟我們打招呼，非常有禮貌住的的不錯值得推薦！！！
