Hotel con spa a Ningbo

The Bali staff are very polite and friendly. They went out of their way to help me with my stay. The rooms are quite large and the beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower had plenty of water pressure which is always nice. I want to call special attention to 2 people that were especially helpful and kind and really went above and beyond for hotel staff members in my view. This includes Fang Rui who helped me with ”all” my laundry and one of the manager's who name is Zhou Jianing made sure my stay and room requests were handled very quickly and easily.

Spacious rooms, great view to the lake and great food (restaurant is massive) with variety for all. I enjoyed my stay

An amazing hotel. They really took care of us right from the checkin. Rooms were so luxurious. Absolutely fabulous hotel. Breakfast spread was so good. I could eat everything. All the staff spoke good english. I did not expect this from a small city in China. All 5stars to this 5star hotel.

Il servizio era uno dei punti di vista del soggiorno, e il personale era sempre gentile, attento e veloce per aiutare con tutto ciò che doveva, dall'iscrizione al piccolo richiamo durante il soggiorno. La colazione ha una buona varietà di opzioni, tutte ben preparate e deliziose, tra cui frutta fresca, pasticceria e bevande calde. In generale, è stata una esperienza molto piacevole e conveniente. Era un soggiorno confortevole, e certamente ritornerò.

服務：入住期間最滿意的就是服務人員的態度，各個都親切有禮，不愧是親子酒店的服務態度，對孩子們都很友好，帶孩子游泳時忘了姐姐忘了拿泳鏡🥽酒店阿姨還主動幫我看孩子，誇獎孩子們游泳好，哈哈，提供樂我們情緒價值。謝謝此次的管家Kenvin盡心照顧，讓我們渡過了小假期！ 環境：酒店位置出行很方便，到美術館、韓嶺老街衹要幾分鐘的路程，不過酒店本身就可以待上一整天了，適合不喜歡趴趴走的家庭，昨天一入住我們直奔泳池、然後在休閑池泡了好一會兒，太適合剛爬了山的我，衹是有些按摩鍵好像壞了，如果修好了就更棒啦！早餐的選擇很豐富，我們還遇到“不知怎麼飛進來”的金龜子，還有一羣可愛的小鴨子，這頓早餐吃的孩子們都開心極了，衹能説環境真好，哈哈😂 設施：房間帶陽台，可以看到湖景風光，非常舒服！衣帽間的門可能因為長時間使用會摩擦地板造成很大的聲音，如果能維修好就更好了！ 最後，世上本沒有什麼完美的事情，但我認為真誠和善意最重要，謝謝酒店全體人員給了我們温馨的服務體驗。

What a wonderful way to spend my birthday. 🤩❤️ I was mesmerized as soon I stepped out my taxi. ❤️💕 this was a perfect weekend trip. They decorated my room for birthday, my room was amazing. Loved the tea room, caught up on some reading there. Hot springs facility is fantastic,perfect for winter. Breakfast 10/10 Thank you to Xiao Zhao and all the other staff members, you are genuinely kind and friendly.

perfect, even better than our expectations! wonderful location in the middle of the bamboo forest, the rooms are perfectly designed and furnished. outdoor swimming pool is amazing. special thanks to horse riding staff and to Sandra (our butler who took great care of our family during our stay). we will definitely come back for a city break!

Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. Ho pianificato un viaggio di famiglia vicino a Shanghai e questo hotel è una scelta eccellente per un soggiorno di famiglia tranquillo e rilassante. Tuttavia, ho scelto questo hotel in particolare perché è stato dichiarato che * gli animali sono ammessi per richiesta (gratuito) e ho prenotato una camera Queen con vista sul lago. Quando sono arrivato a questo hotel, mi risulta che ho dovuto aggiornare la mia prenotazione in una stanza per animali domestici che non era presente sul sito web trip.com, quindi ho dovuto pagare circa 1000 rmb per notte per il mio cane. La stanza animale aveva un balcone con un po' di erba, ma ho continuato a pensare che avrebbe dovuto essere chiaramente informato o dichiarato. Quindi se si pensa di rimanere qui con il vostro animale domestico, tenendo presente il costo totale di una stanza animale sarà circa 2400rmb inc.IVA. Tuttavia, l'hotel è ben situato con una buona vista sul lago e il breve viaggio intorno al lago Dongqian non è stato cattivo. Non consiglierei questo hotel per un proprietario di animali domestici.
