After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

MX Mansion has given me the best overall service experience. You can really feel that the hotel places strong emphasis on service quality. Location: Strategically located in the heart of Ningbo, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Cheng Huang Night Market, the pedestrian street, shopping malls, and many popular restaurants. Super convenient for exploring the city. Staff: Check-in was pleasant and smooth, with friendly and warm staff at reception. They were very helpful in giving us navigation tips around the area. The team even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. A big thank you to Ms. Lu (吕小姐) for her thoughtful service! Amenities: The self-laundry area and gym are tucked away in a corner, so they’re convenient to use without disturbing guests. Room: Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It feels like the hotel has been newly renovated. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is good and offers enough variety if you prefer to dine in the hotel. Note: During winter, the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system, which means the rooms are set to heating mode. There are rooms with and without windows, so do consider your preference. Questa volta ho portato la mia famiglia a soggiornare al Ningbo Zhen Ting Hotel e l'esperienza è stata davvero fantastica! La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, proprio di fronte a Tianyi Square, comodissimo per fare shopping e mangiare, e anche vicino alle principali attrazioni. La reception è stata accogliente e attenta, vedendo che eravamo con bambini, ci hanno subito aiutato con i bagagli e ci hanno consigliato ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La colazione offre un'ampia varietà e ci hanno persino portato in camera una speciale zuppa dolce per la buona notte, un tocco così premuroso e caloroso. Scegliere questo hotel per un viaggio in famiglia è davvero senza preoccupazioni! Zuppa dolce per la buona notte + popcorn: un servizio davvero speciale.

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno a Pan Pacific Ningbo, e vorrei ringraziare soprattutto Igor per aver reso la mia visita così memorabile. Dopo il mio arrivo, era incredibilmente benvenuto, professionista e veramente preoccupato di assicurare che tutto andasse bene. Anche se il mio soggiorno era breve e molto occupato, la sua gentilezza e la sua attenzione ai dettagli si sono resi note. Ho portato la mia famiglia fuori durante la Festa di Primavera. La posizione è comoda. Si trova a Sanjiangkou. La vista notturna è molto bella. È molto comodo raggiungere a piedi Piazza Tianyi e il Tempio Chenghuang. L'hotel ha anche migliorato la camera deluxe con vista sul fiume
