Eravamo così felici dell'hotel e delle cose! Tutto era perfetto! L'hotel è a 10 minuti dalle montagne, non c'è problema con il taxi per arrivare lì. È proprio davanti all'hotel c'è un grande centro commerciale. Così comodo e buono. L'hotel ha buon cibo, roba, posizione. Certo che sarà indietro!

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 4 days. The rooms and other areas of the hotel were well cleaned. The variety of breakfast items was also good. Are there only one or two problems in this hotel? 1- The heating of the rooms of this hotel is from the floor, and unfortunately there is no possibility to control the amount of heating neither for the passengers nor for the hotel officials. Therefore, we were forced to leave the window open in the cold season of the year, because we had two children, one and six years old, until the morning, we were worried that the children and maybe ourselves would catch a cold. Therefore, the hotel manager should think about controlling the amount of heating in the hotel rooms. 2- Although the people in charge of cleaning the rooms did their job well, unfortunately, they failed to charge enough bathroom items (shampoo, etc.). And instead of charging at least two series of shampoos, they only charge one series every day. Other receptionists are polite and helpful. Overall, I give this hotel 4 out of 5 points.

I stayed in this hotel for a week with my family. Upon entering, the pleasant smell filled the lobby. The hotel layout is modern and beautiful. The reception staff Mrs. Marwa and Mr. Ahmed helped us a lot in times of need. The rooms are clean and daily cleaning is done regularly. The staff are kind and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and of high quality. The weather was hot in the first two days of our stay, and because the hotel is located in a relatively cold city, it does not have an air conditioner, and it is suggested to take precautions due to global warming and climate change. Fan) can be considered for hot days as well. I hope I can stay in this hotel again.

We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. Çalışanlar gerçekten çok ilgili ve saygılı. Oda genel olarak temiz, bazı ufak tefek eksiklikleri saymazsak yeterli. Gece rahat uyudum, sıcaklık iyidi. Rahatsiz olacak bir durum yaşamadım. Kahvaltiya indigimde görevli beyefendi biz de ilk misafirimi bekliyorduk diyerek ***et hoş karşıladı. Kahvaltı yeterince doyurucuydu ve lezzetliydi. Çay da keyifliydi çünkü iyi çayı ararım heryerde, ozellikle çayın kalitesini de belirttim bu yüzden. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkürler, bir sonraki iş seyahatimde tercih edecegim bir otel.
