Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Enschede

L'hotel è situato vicino al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria di Enschede. Non siamo riusciti a raggiungere l'hotel con la macchina e abbiamo deciso di parcheggiare la nostra auto nel parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria, che è a circa 200 mt. dall'hotel. La notte ci ha portato un grande bar, ci ha voluto circa 15 minuti prima di entrare. La stanza era pulita, moderna e di base. Il letto era un po' troppo morbido. La sera abbiamo avuto un buon buffet passato. Durante la notte potevamo sentire musica dalla città, anche se eravamo al 8° piano e la nostra stanza non era situata al lato della città. In generale il nostro soggiorno era OK, ma per il prezzo che avevamo aspettato molto più lusso.

Letto molto confortevole, cuscini. Non è stato detto in descrizione, ma ha 2 livelli! Seduto/TV e bagno completo sul livello di entrata, le scale al piano superiore con TV. La mia gamba anziana funziona ancora bene, mentre i miei viaggi in bagno a mezzanotte non sono così buoni per gli anziani. Uno strano glitch: prenotato e prepagato via Priceline (filiale di ********, credo) dicono che la prenotazione è stata inventata in tutta la strada al Twenthe U!! Tuttavia, al check-in, non avevano alcun record di prenotazione Priceline!! Solo dopo averli chiamati, hanno risolto la questione! Non è vero!! Una volta in camera dovevano chiamare il servizio a. Chiudi strano blocco aperto finestra b. Localizzare i pulsanti nascosti sulla lettura delle luci c. Sostituire il telefono rotto! Il secondo giorno doveva tornare alla reception 2x !! Quando la mia scheda non funzionava!! Il personale era amichevole e aiutato immediatamente, ma perché questi problemi si verificano? Non lo fanno ogni giorno e sanno controllare i problemi? Ok, immagino che io abbia soggiornato in troppe hotel... Anche se, molto accogliente e dolce hotel e sicuramente rimarrei!

We visited the hotel for 5 nights. Initially, only rooms with no balcony were available, but upon request at the day of arrival they gave us a room with a balcony. We were impressed by how spacious and clean the room is. The parking area was very big. The people at the reception were very kind and attentive. We would definitely visit again!

Hotel in a nice university area ! We arrive frontdesk 2:55 PM and after a hello the frintdesk madam on a very bad attitude told that she is jot sure if room is ready as it's NOT 3 PM .I told its only 5 min to it and I didn't force we can wait .I told what a nice welcome :) . She recognize and cool down after Form and paying we got the keys. Room functional and minimum , bathroom same and wash sink was blocked we had to pump to get release it seems nobody attend to clean before our stay as not recgnize it and clean dry. The WC seat whipping also. Good is spacey free parking and coffee/tea set .

The location is great. In the woods, very calm and idyllic, we really managed to relax well. At the same time, very close to Enschede and Hengelo (in case one wants to go shopping). The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The heating was perfect. The balcony giving access to the yard was just marvelous. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The restaurant was exceptional - everything was very delicious and prepared with high quality products (probably the best coffee I've ever had at a hotel). The rib-eye steak we had for dinner was the best ever, especially in a combination with a cold Grolsch Weizen. Keep up the good work!
