Venerdì sera sembrava un fango, sabato era chiuso per un certo periodo, poi si aprì.Il cloruro bruciava tutti i bambini, così male che tutti avevano un rash.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel due volte mentre visitavo mia madre e è stato molto pulito, il personale è molto bello e le letti sono comodi. Il colazione era semplice, non il migliore, ma era buono. Aveva tosta, waffle, cereali, uova da letto dure, frutta fresca, caffè, succo e un paio di oggetti caldi che non mangiavo; mi piace il fatto che io possa andare a nuotare nella loro piscina, che era molto pulita o andare a Denny per un po' di mangiare e ottenere il 15% di rilascio.

I wanted to commend the staff at the Aurora Lounge for their amazing service and hospitality. Jenny and Holly were very welcoming and provided the best service that Marriott properties are know for. Holly is a great addition to the team and provides great service with an amazing attitude. I really enjoyed the welcome back provided by the staff after a long travel day. The staff work well as a team to provide a great dining experience at the Aurora Lounge and I look forward to my return. I always look forward to my stay at The Delta Edmonton South property while in Edmonton. And the staff are a big part of that experience. It is great to be back travelling for work and reconnecting with your property and staff.

Underground heated parking for cars, midsize suvs! Outdoor parking as well. All parking is free. This is a really nice quiet place to stay on the south west side of Edmonton. It is very new. I appreciated the: underground heated parking, the cleanliness, the bed and many pillows. I liked that the breakfast is included and served on the main level. I like that my room has a microwave, small fridge, and Keurig coffee. Complimentary coffee on the lobby level during the day. I like that they have a long bench with coat rack as well as closet. I like the large TV. I like that it is so close to great shopping and restaurants in Windermere community. It’s also right near Anthony Henday freeway. But note: I didn’t know they had underground parking until I read someone else’s review. I had messaged IHG and I was advised there was no underground parking at this location. So I called directly. Yes - there is free heated underground parking! (Not for large trucks though). Underground parking is SO important in a winter city! I highly recommend this hotel.

L'hotel è bello, ma il personale dell'hotel non sembra preoccuparsi delle esigenze dei clienti. Ad esempio, il tubo caldo di piscina era fuori ordine per 2 giorni e immagino che non chiamavano mai la manutenzione come la signora al fronte fino a quando non sembrava preoccuparsi dopo averlo chiesto ogni giorno. Il personale sembrava irritato quando ha fatto richieste e ha bisogno di assistenza.
