I booked a double room and was told that the room was very compacted. But it was beyond our expectation. Clean and saving. Very central. Just 5 min walk from Haymarket station

Had the pleasure of staying at the Hub Premier Inn in Edinburgh and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and accommodation that I received during my stay. As a first-time visitor to your hotel, I was not quite sure what to expect, but I have to say that my experience exceeded my expectations.
I had decided to take a trip with my son to Edinburgh to show him the sights and give him a little taste of Scottish culture. I was not familiar with your hotel before booking my stay, but after a little research, I decided to give it a chance. I have to say that I was not disappointed. The Hub Premier Inn was situated in a great location for exploring the city on foot. It was close enough to the castle to make for a convenient visit, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. We were able to explore the city via Princess Street or take back streets to the Castle entrance and the Edinburgh museum.
Overall, I would highly recommend your hotel to others who are looking for a great place to stay in Edinburgh. The quality of service, accommodation, and location exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I hope to have the chance to visit Hub Premier Inn again in the future.

Personale molto amichevole. Ci hanno accolto con tanto gentilezza e disponibilità. Stanze pulite e accoglienti. Il lounge aperto 24 h su 24 h è davvero una comodità. Check in semplicissimo e velocissimo in autonomia. Deposito bagagli disponibile anche dopo aver lasciato la camera.

La stanza era un piccolo letto incassato per tre dei quattro lati. Non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola ne’ rifatto il letto per 5 giorni. Ho chiesto il cambio delle asciugamani, le ho trovate a terra nel corridoio fuori alla porta. La colazione era nella hall, pochi tavoli per centinaia di persone, mentre c’era il carico e scarico della merce. Mi sembrano strane tante recensioni positive perchè moltissime persone si lamentavano. Di positivo i ragazzi della reception che si dibattevano fra colazione, bar e reception cercando di alleviare con prontezza e sorrisi il disagio. Dato il costo un trattamento ridicolo!

Hotel hub situato in zona tranquilla, vicina a diverse fermate di bus, anche quello da e per l'aeroporto. Molto vicino anche alla stazione dei treni di Haymarket. Per il checkin abbiamo dovuto attendere le 15, ma ci hanno gentilmente tenuto i bagagli, così nel frattempo abbiamo potuto fare un bel giro al Royal Mile (che dista circa 15 minuti a piedi). Stanza e bagno un po' stretti, con qualche problema di manutenzione. Letto comodo. Stanza pulita. Lo staff alla sala colazione è molto gentile e disponibile, cosi come quello alla reception. Checkout veloce. Ottimo prezzo per essere molto vicini al centro. Colazione continentale a buffet, abbondante e varia. Vicino all'hotel ci sono numerosi ristoranti. A parte qualche problema di manutenzione alla stanza, esperienza comunque positiva.

Hotel funzionale e moderno. Tutto è ottimizzato ed assolutamente efficace nel rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ma a fare la differenza è lo staff presente, sempre disponibile e risolutivo per ogni richiesta. In particolar modo gli "italiani" Vanessa, Alessandra e Omar fanno sentire gli ospiti come fossero a casa propria, impeccabili davvero.
