Siamo stati qui diverse volte. E' un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo; fantastico come possiamo avere stanze comunicanti comunicanti per bambini; ed è sempre molto pulito e confortevole. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. L'offerta per la colazione per gli adulti quando i bambini mangiano gratis è un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze ed è a pochi passi da Ocean Terminal.

Usa sempre il Premier Inn per le nostre vacanze ... ma l'ultima esperienza mi ha fatto pensare due volte prima di effettuare qualsiasi prenotazione. Abbiamo lasciato l'hotel con un giorno prima che la nostra prenotazione fosse terminata a causa di alcuni ospiti che sono stati ospitati sopra la nostra camera. Il personale potrebbe infastidirsi per affrontarli e dobbiamo soffrire una notte lunga e terribile. I bambini erano terrorizzati e anche noi. Quindi abbiamo deciso di lasciare la nostra vacanza e viaggiare con un giorno prima della fine della nostra prenotazione. Grazie e cordiali saluti Adrian Crihan

Siamo stati qui per quattro notti all'inizio di dicembre 2022. La camera era pulita, bella e calda con un letto molto comodo. I pasti nell'adiacente Brewers Fayre erano deliziosi con una scelta più della media per i vegetariani, tuttavia un membro del personale era scortese e ignorante.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Premier Inn per un fantastico weekend prolungato per visitare il mercato Christkindle di Edimburgo.. un sacco di bancarelle e divertimenti nel centro della città con una fantastica atmosfera natalizia... L'hotel è ottimamente posizionato vicino al porto con un Brewers Fayre accanto , non c'è niente di meglio che tu ottenga esattamente quello che promette... Buone camere, bell'ambiente e ottimo cibo di base e un'eccellente colazione a volontà... Grazie mille a Sam e Jacob che sono stati molto disponibili e allegri

Not the best stay I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Edinburgh Leith Waterfront from 16th February to 17th February, just for 1 night. After 7 hours of traveling, I arrived at the hotel at midnight, exhausted and just wanting to rest. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Additionally, the room smelled of smoke, which made my stay even more unpleasant. Upon arrival, I was given a room that was the furthest from reception. While I did not mind the distance, after a long journey I was not prepared to walk back to reception to report these issues. Despite the outside temperature being close to zero, the room window was left open, and the heating was switched off. I immediately turned on the heating, but the room remained freezing. I called reception three times, each time waiting for approximately 3 minutes only to hear a recorded message saying that the team was busy. When the heater finally started warming up, it made loud noises throughout the night, disturbing my sleep. The next morning, when I raised my concerns with the young lady at reception, she simply dismissed my complaint, stating, "Yes, we know all the heaters do that." This response was unacceptable and displayed poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and the lack of care shown by your staff. I suggest that your staff receive proper training in customer service to ensure future guests are treated with the respect they deserve.

Particularly wanted a premier inn with its own parking, so city centres were out, also wanted easy connections into city centre.leith fitted the bill perfectly, bus stop outside car parking so, tram stop around the corner. Premier inn comfort/quality/value for money goes without saying.
