Nice spacious apartment right in the centre of the city and also within easy walking distance of parks, the river and Botanic gardens. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value and I would stay again

I was only in Melbourne for one night for a concert (shoutout to Paramore) but wished I could’ve spent more than a week there, my room was so nice. I was only there with my sister and we ended up with five beds between us after being upgraded which left us with tons of options! The room was incredible, lots of space and a well-furnished kitchen, lounge room, and toilet separate to the bathroom which is always nice when battling with your sister while getting ready. About a 7 minute walk from the nearest tram stop which was fine, and lots of space outside to get picked up by an Uber which was convenient in the rain. The front desk staff were also nice and friendly. Overall, a great hotel experience.

Great apartment (2 bed) on 7th floor. No noise from building works next door as stayed Saturday night and no work on Sundays. Staff great. Communication great. Easy to walk to shops/trams. Bed configuration was done as per my request (4 twins). Spacious. Quiet. Price was excellent too. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Despite the wotif advertisement, they charged before arrival. They did this without any notice or communication. I found out only after checking my bank statement. I believe they would have tried to charge again on arrival if I hadn’t noticed. They tried to charge well over and above security deposit advertised on wotif. It was terribly noisy with thin walls. Screaming, yelling partying happening in the building and they did nothing to ask the party to be quiet

Great location and walking distance to all things Melbourne CBD. The apartment was clean and roomy.
I have stayed at Punthill Manhattan before, but unfortunately it seems to have become a bit ‘tired’ since my last stay. The carpet was stained, worn and buckling in places and the general smell of the apartment was awful. We had little to no sleep as there was a party going on in the next room, which could easily be heard until the early hours of the morning. Such a shame as I’ve always been happy to stay there.

Good location for those not taking a vehicle, close to trams & a few local restaurants. Not accessible for anyone who is unable to use stairs.

Location was excellent,
facilities where all there, But generally it all felt a little bit dark and grotty..
exposed concrete ceiling is cool when everything around it is pristine and perfect... but when the paint is bubbling off the walls, and the room is a bit dark... things quickly swing to a bit dodgy.. but really everything was fine..
room was large and had a great kitchenet, pod coffee and all..
