Arrived with family for 1 night stay. The hotel needs some tlc outside as it looks rather scruffy and unkept with a very poor carpark surface. Reception and checkin was poor, very unwelcoming and even though the room types booked on line were not allocated, no appolgy given, even when we advised we were unhappy with the roomype allocated we were told nothing can be done were full!, asked again and were told again cant do anything and when we pointed out our confirmations were told that they can allocate the room type even if its different from your confirmation, Im quite sure this is not correct but did not want to argue with the girl on the desk as she was clearly no intrested and so much so she left a trainee to finsih the checkin as she had just recieved a delivery of food, and disapeared into the back office. No explanation of how to find our rooms until we asked, again very poor. Our rooms were not exactly as what we had expected from the online pictures and were not cleaned to a high standard as promised by IHG, Stained carpets and curtains, marked walls,dirty tea spoons and hospitality tray missing in one room another room the kettle still full from previous guest. Stained Pillow and marked bedding as well as miss matched bedding, some satin *****e and some plain. all in not the product you advertis for Holiday Inn. Sadly we chose to dine with you in your restaurant and that also was poor, No welcome, had to look for a member of staff to help us and then again to take our order, the food was average but poor when you consider the cost of the dishes on the menu, The soup was tasteless and had no body, the mains were equally poor and no sauces offered, we had to ask then were brought sachets more like a fast food restaurant or motorway cafe rather than a restaurant, but the dining experiance was also let down by the cold and empty atmosphere of the room, and the team who made little effort to enage with the few guests they had. Serious lack of leadership and no management presence in the time we were there, other wise these comments would have been given.

L'hotel Torrance ha scelto la nostra scuola, la prima di St Vincent a East Kilbride, per beneficiare della loro comunità dare di nuovo feste di Natale. Primario 1 e 2 andarono una settimana e primario 3 e 4 il prossimo (la seconda di cui ho assistito come assistente parentale). Non possiamo ringraziare il personale sufficiente, che ha rinunciato volontariamente al tempo per offrire ai nostri figli un'occasione speciale. C'era un fantastico dj, un pittore facciale, un divertitore, un cuoco, un personale di attesa e molti altri che si sono messi in un tale turno che non posso credere che lo abbiano fatto a titolo gratuito. Il loro entusiasmo e l'attenzione ai dettagli è stato meraviglioso di vedere e apprezzare molto. Il gruppo Manorview ci ha fornito il trasporto, le tavole erano ben decorate, ci sono stati abbondanti cibi, succo, crema di ghiaccio, dolci, competizioni da ballo, buoni sacchetti e una visita da parte del principale uomo, Santa. Che trattamento assoluto è stato e che i bambini (e gli adulti) si ricorderanno per sempre. Grazie mille per aver fornito ai bambini una magica esperienza di Natale.

Hotel di prima classe con eccellenti staff e camere, io rimango qui ogni settimana mentre lavoravo in Scozia. Le camere sono moderne e senza spazi con tutto quello che ti serve. Tutti i dipendenti che ho dovuto conoscere nell'ultimo anno sono eccellenti in posti di lavoro e non posso fare abbastanza per voi.La colazione è molto buona con molte scelte, la cena è buona anche. Mi fermerò qui con la mia famiglia piuttosto che solo per lavoro.
