La stanza dell'hotel è molto pulita.Ma probabilmente è legata al nostro soggiorno di fine settimana. È tardi per il piano di sopra o a destra della stanza accanto. Gli ospiti che vivono sono molto piccoli.Dovrebbe appartenere all'hotel di Hilton di basso livello. Il prezzo può anche essere

L'hotel non sembra le foto e solo un avvertimento a chiunque che prezzi 75$ per notte come deposito, quindi assicuratevi di non essere basso sul check-in in denaro.

This hotel chain offers good pricing for extended stay. I paid about $75/night if you book 7 days or more. At check, the front desk staff was friendly. The the problems began. Service: The checkout process was a disaster. I paid for 2 weeks up front and I was told to come back on Friday to book for the next week. Well I decided not to extend another week and asked to be checked out. I was told there was a balance of $220 due. I asked what was the reason for the balance because I paid up front for 2 weeks and during my whole stay I wasn’t notified I had a balance. General manager was there. He couldn’t figure out where the balance was coming from but he still demanded me to pay because that’s what the system said. I again refused to pay since there wasn’t an explanation. Manager got upset, ripped my receipt and threw it in the trash. The next day I noticed they charge me the $220 anyway. I ended up disputing with my bank and got my money back. I’m sure they will not allow me to stay there anymore which I can care less. Hotel: the “breakfast” área smelled like urine. There were dirty clothes on the floor and was told they were from a homeless guy that left them in there. Breakfast is stale coffee that had coffee grounds in it and those packaged muffins you get from Walmart and some granola bars. Carpet on hallways was so dirty and the hallways smell like **** (I’m a **** smoker myself but not indoors). I could tell there were people that have been living there for a long time. When their door was open I noticed piles of trash everywhere in the room. Housekeeping never went to my room even after I asked multiple times. I stayed at Motel 6 that was cleaner than this. The rooms have a kitchen with a stove and a dishwasher. You have to request dishes from the front desk. I wanted to eat some cereal. They were out of bowls so they gave me a plate. ESA is a hit or miss. You either get a nice clean hotel with good service or you get some trashy looking hotel with attitudes.

Ho soggiornato nella camera 248, il servizio è stato eccellente e mi sono apprezzato molto. Ho dovuto estendere il mio soggiorno a causa di eventi imprevisti e mi hanno ospitato senza fuss. La stanza era pulita e ho avuto privacy. Grazie Danny e la squadra!
