This is a nice, modern hotel, located on a busy street, but no noise hindrance in the room. It was very clean and roomy. It had a parking garage with lots of parking spaces, but unfortunately not a working electric charging station. As we came from The Netherlands and had travelled alot of kilometres, we defenitely had to charge the car. Unfortunately there were no charging stations in the neigbourhood, we charged in a parking garage in the city centre. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious! The only negative thing was that the hotel employee checking if guests had paid for breakfast was falsely accusing us for not having paid! This was not adding to a positive experience at the hotel. But overall a good hotel, except for the 2 negatives.

Sul piano del hotel, sono rimasto a Dusseldorf per cinque notti, con le recensioni positive. L'hotel è stato molto poco soddisfatto delle aspettative minime. Potresti essere consigliato di considerare un'altra alternativa per il tuo soggiorno a Dusseldorf. Una sera, con una temperatura di 4 gradi fuori, non c'era calore nell'appartamento. Quando la persona che si trovava al ricevimento, Alexandra, la mattina dopo, si interrogava su questo, si mummiva qualcosa su ”è dipendente dal tempo fuori, ma ora è posto dove appartiene”. Infatti, funziona solo costantemente sul desk, spesso taglia fuori altri luoghi. Non c'è connessione nella camera da letto. Alexandra ha detto che non poteva essere risolto prima della mia partenza, perché 'il tizio IT è scomparso'. La custodia della casa è ineguale. La spazzatura si smonta. La zona intorno al bacino dove ho messo i miei bagni non è stata pulita dal momento dell'arrivo. Il letto non è stato fatto correttamente. E'facile sentire il calcio degli ospiti al piano sopra l'appartamento. Il direttore generale sembra essere via per qualche settimana. Non sembra che né Alexandra né Anna abbiano l'autorità di affrontare questi problemi e di adeguare la legge; non sembra che vi sia un piano per garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti, cosa che è peggiore del loro mancato accesso alle informazioni volontarie. Devo sempre chiederle, e in particolare Alexandra non ha ancora fatto la consegna in modo simpatico. Anche se l'idea di un piccolo hotel così accogliente è attraente - e è un bel posto - nella Villa Achenbach è molto difficile sentirsi comodo. L'idea che ho avuto nella mia esperienza è molto migliore della triste realtà dell'impianto fisico e del personale soccorsi.

La casa migliore nella sua categoria di prezzo. Situato tranquillamente, meglio con finestre al giardino verso il retro. Bello personale, soprattutto la signora alla reception, buon colazione, WiFi stabile, un bagno ordinato, ecc pp. Solo il monitor TV è troppo piccolo. C'è un garage a casa, in modo che tutto possa essere raggiunto con l'open-flight a breve distanza, e per me la prima Andresse a Düsseldorf.

We stayed here for two nights in two different rooms. The lady at the reception was pleasant and helpful. The hostel was a 20min walk from train station. Our first room was nice and clean but a bit difficult because we needed a key to lock the door both inside and outside and the toilet, which also needed the same key to lock and unlock was on the corridor shared by another room. Our other room had the bathroom inside it and it was just lovely, nothing bad to say. We reduced a few stars because of the other receptionists behaviour (male). After our first morning one of us had a brief normal and minimal exchange with the male receptionist but in the evening when we got back, the reception was closed but he was there and seemingly drunk and excited to see our friend. This was funny for that moment. Later in our room, about 11.30 pm he came knocking at our door and called out it was reception and as I opened the door (in a towel mind you) he pushed two sparkling wine bottles in my hands and a small box with five wine glasses (we were a company of four). We wondered what it was all about and he said it was from the hotel. We did not order anything and neither does the hostel service include this. We did laugh about this for a while even though it was borderline inappropriate until 30mins later (at midnight!!! We were going to sleep as you could assume from me being in a towel) he knocked again, again claimed reception (reminder that he was not working) and pushed in my hands a warm plate of food and insisted we took it. We tried to deny it and close the door but he pushed the plate in and did not stop until I took the plate reluctantly. Then he turned around and gave us two more bottles of sparkling wine. I told him not to knock on our door again and not bother us. We closed and locked the door and turned off the lights and slept anxiously since he had definitely crossed the line and made us very uncomfortable with his (drunken?) Behaviour. This really stained our otherwise good stay in dusseldorf /hostel.
