攜程搜尋的酒店，以我黑鑽訂房量來説是一次很差的體驗，入住當晚前台工作人員服務態度非常惡劣，房間冷氣壞了，無得更換不止，風扇也不能提供，當晚的工作人員真的不適合當前台

朋友住得很舒服。好評度挺高的。還算比較新的酒店。整體來説目前是感受優秀。下次我自己住也會考慮選擇這家酒店

Sehr gutes kleines schönes Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die beheizteSitztoilette… sehr sauberes Zimmer. Nettes Personal. 

酒店環境很好，地理位置優越。設施很新，前台的服務也很到位。不過有一點就是最近酒店的電梯壞了，樓梯很窄有點不好走

差強人意吧，牙刷硬的像是刷鞋的。 服務員不會説英語。 衹有前台服務態度好。

酒店乾淨整潔 早餐花樣不多 附近有公交和輕軌 離市中心步行15分鐘

Hotel non distante salla zona centrale . 20 min. circa a piedi . Personale molto gentile e cordiale . Camera pulita non molto spaziosa . Il bagno anche lui piccolo ma fortunatamente con una bella doccia . Poco illuminato ! Se non fosse stato per la colazione avrei dato 4 . Praticamente viene servito un piattino con tre fette di tacchino e del formaggio . Al tavolo si trova una ciottola con pane e brioche. Si ha la possibilità di servirsi da soli per prendere della frutta , marmellata ed yogurt. Il caffe o capuccino e l'acqua vanno ordinati al personale . È un genere di colazione che non apprezzo . Qualità prezzo ottima , per niente caro . A parte la colazione tornerò in questo hotel per il trattamento che ho ricevuto dal personale . A loro 5 stelle

The room was the same as the online photos, it was quiet and clean with a very comfortable king size bed (180cm / 71 inces wide) and the bathroom even had a Japanese style toilet (with water spray) and a heated seat. The large room has a bath/shower combination, other rooms have shower. Breakfast was a very tasty buffet with a range of bread, meats and cheese, cereals, fruit, vegan options, fresh juices, and coffee / tea. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The air-conditioning in our room was ok but had difficulty cooling on warm summer days (+25°C / 77°F). Secure parking is a 5-minute walk and costs €18/day. It’s a 15-minute walk through a nice park to the old town or a 5–10-minute walk to the main shopping street. For a good German beer and meal try Hirschchen, the restaurant next door.

I am in Düsseldorf quite often and last time I tried this hotel different from the usual German hotel chains.. it is also a small 7 hotel chain with a very accurate and cute hospitality. Comfortable, elegant, vintage style with young friendly staff, good fresh breakfast and clean room. I will be back for sure! Very good also in terms of location.

Booked a 2 night stay at the hotel. Upon arrival we were told that our reservation was canceled by mistake and the hotel was fully booked for the first night. After a 1,5 hour wait we were told that we could spend the first night at an Inn which was a 12 minute walk from the hotel, the second night we stayed at Muze. 1,5 week after the stay I am still waiting for the refund of the Inn, which we had to pay upfront. Poor customer service from Muze

This is a really stylish bouquet hotel close walking distance from the heart of Cologne and we loved it. Breakfast was included had great variety., including vegan, options. Nice Nespresso coffee in room and at breakfast and to top that all off the price is really good.

If you are looking for sophisticated and more intellectual concepts regarding interior design you have not many options. So this is a rare find. I dislike to stay in a Kindergarten like concept, bicycle on the wall, or dead because perfect by not offending anyone with an individual and not risk checked solution say luxury hotel. I was impressed by the interior design and its comfort. The service is excellent and staff very very friendly. Food and drinks are excellent. And you could feel a bit of glamour and at home at the same time.
