Questa è stata la mia unica sorella per il 70° anniversario e in assenza di noi che viaggiavano all'estero abbiamo prenotato alcune attività locali per farlo. Uno dei punti di vista è stato un pacchetto di notte presso SUNCOAST Towers Hotel e i suoi biglietti preferiti della banda d'oltremare SANAM. Pochi sapevamo che questo sarebbe stato quello che avremmo ottenuto. Attualmente stanno annunciando il sole a R1045 per notte, quindi siamo stati sperati di una buona stanza. È 70 I'63 anni abbiamo dovuto camminare una buona 30 stanza verso la fine delle passeggiate come per diagramma allegato. Il quarto piano e la vista erano il dumpster e la fine posteriore dell'hotel. La stanza è dismaltivamente piccola con un bacino e vedere attraverso il bagno e la doccia tutto in una piazza ....ayyy stile ostello o stile di lavoro quarto .. mai più!!!!!! Purtroppo la gestione non ha consentito un aggiornamento che citavano non avevano le camere disponibili. Mi sentivo male solo per la sorella che arriva una piccola città mineraria chiamata Dannhauser nella Natale settentrionale. Non mi aspettavo questo tipo di alloggio alberghiare Tsogo Sun. Queste camere dovrebbero essere riservate ai tuoi giocatori che hanno bisogno di un posto per crollare per qualche ora ....

Sono rimasto durante le vacanze di Pasqua. Purtroppo, a causa dell'inondazione, l'hotel ha avuto molte cancellazioni. Tuttavia, l'ho fatto scendere a durban senza alcun problema. La mia stanza era al 15° piano. Bella grande stanza con grandi viste sull'oceano indiano. Anche una bella sorpresa di compleanno al check-in. Si consiglia il buffet per colazione. Grande selezione di buon colazione inglese completo e qualche tè e caffè. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto benvenuti e amichevoli in tutto l'hotel. Facile da prendere i taxi, vicino alla fermata degli autobus e alla spiaggia.Sicurezza.Rimarrà qui di nuovo.

At check-in we were welcomed warmly by Mr. Mhize :) Our room was nicely done but deep cleaning is highly needed I mean even bathroom walls have stains which goes to show that training at housekeeping is highly needed. It was not my first time staying at the hotel. Previously we enjoyed breakfast especially when there was an Indian girl working there. This time around their service was just so disgusting!!!! In the first morning I informed the chef in charge that I'm vegetarian and asked if she could prepare anything for me and rudely told me that ”I don't know of you except of one guest that I prepared for, reception didn't inform me about you! So I'll give you something little from what I prepared for the vegetarian guest that I know of.” And indeed she gave me unappetizing less than a fist of fried chips. So much talk for fried potatoes! I am a paying guest and you don't talk to guests like that. When I went to go get something else on the buffet another chef asked me ”where is the plate you were using before?” REALLY????? I'm so disgusted and disappointed by their service. The chef in charge also kept shouting at a newly employed lady ordering her around with no respect! If you have no respect for your staff do that back of house not in front of guests it's belittling us and lowering your standards. On the second day we hoped for better but it was worse! We dished up our first rounds and I was made mushrooms only, even after I informed them I'd be returning. I believe there's so much more that could've being prepared if the love and passion was there. I went to go dishup again for my fiance and the chef first served the guest behind me and ignored me as if I was not standing in front of her, I saw her leaving one egg and I asked for two and she said ”second rounds are not allowed for eggs, that is why I'm making you one.” In my whole history of working and staying in hotels never in my entire life have I ever heard of such!!! Breakfast was decreased by an hour. Is it so much work to give good service in ONE HOUR?!

Mia moglie e io abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Royal per tutta la notte, nel marzo 2022, e abbiamo usato un ascensore per entrare nella nostra stanza, e abbiamo notato un grande cazzo morto che si trovava all'ingresso di uno dei tre ascensori. Il tappeto di entrata della nostra stanza era vago, e gli altri tappeti e le sedie semplici erano sbarrati, le tende non erano irraggiungibili, le finestre erano smeralde, e il bagno aveva una buona parte di forma intorno alla parte superiore del bacino. Il frigo era completamente vuoto e dopo il nostro viaggio all'hotel ci sforzavamo, ma non c'era alcuna bottiglia d'acqua nel frigo. Ci lamentammo al divano, e poi uno dei dipendenti ci portò due piccoli flaconi d’acqua, ci ha caricato venticinque Rand per una piccola bottiglia. Le lampade laterali erano strane, non corrispondevano affatto, la doccia e il bagno erano in buone condizioni di lavoro. Abbiamo preso l'ascensore alle 9.30 del mattino successivo per controllare, e il cazzo della notte precedente era ancora davanti a uno degliascensori, e abbiamo deciso di ordinare caffè e scones al caffè. La foto sul loro sito web mostra una tazza di torta, piena di una varietà di dolci. La tazza di torta era vuota. Sembra che le sale commerciali ordinarie siano state chiuse. Caro signore/Signora La mia famiglia ha recentemente soggiornato al vostro ”hotel” Riviera Hotel 127 Victoria Embankment, Esplanade, Durban, 4001, il fine settimana di Pasqua. Mi ha spaventato il servizio che abbiamo ricevuto. Il direttore generale/ o direttore del Front Office, Hussain, ha rifiutato di indicarci la sua designazione e manca il numero uno di competenze necessarie per la gestione, LISTEN. Il servizio del ricevitore, manca di entusiasmo e cortesia. Abbiamo ricevuto una stanza perfetta per un film di orrore. 1.The Il telaio in camera è stato lanciato con polvere nera, come se non fosse stato pulito nelle settimane, alla quale Hussain ha risposto: ”siamo situati sulla costa, e la polvere viene da una tempesta recente”. 2.The bianche, le tute nel bagno sembravano pronte a essere disossate. Usavamo i nostri vestiti di faccia e compravamo le tute. 3.Nobody ci ha aiutato a raggiungere la nostra stanza 105, abbiamo esplorato quasi tutti i piani dell'hotel, a nostra figlia, che è disabile (cammino di disabilità). 4.We non è riuscito a guardare la TV, perché il segnale non era abbastanza forte e poco visibile. 5.The le camere sono estremamente rumorose, a tutte le ore della notte. 6.There non c'era nessun cutter, microonde, frigorifero nella stanza, e solo due bicchieri per servire una famiglia di 5. Non c'è bisogno di dire che ho consigliato la mia famiglia e gli amici, non stare mai in questo hotel, è una mal di testa, esperienza di ospitalità zero, rovinerà le loro vacanze.
