I really enjoyed my stay. I hope the hotel updates it’s system so that confirmation emails from trip.com don’t go to their spam. I was really annoyed when I had to hold the line and kept calling them. They couldn’t find my booking, only to find it in their spam emails.

I received value for my money, tasty food, friendly staff, beach & shopping centres are walking distance. If i have to do it again i will pay for the experience again as my expections were met, i am satisfied.

Checked in about 7pm and went down to go and get dinner , well I can’t even complain about the service as there was none , after waiting a while I just stood up went to my car and went to pick up my own food . You really need to jack up your service City lodge. Thank goodness it was only for one night

I feel very mixed about this hotel. The staff was quite nice checking us in, the pool seemed nice, and the restaurant was fairly nice as well. The halls smelled, our door did not lock (like not even a little bit), and a staff member opened our door two hours before checkout without knocking (and without using a key, just pushing the very unlockable door open). Luckily they had a safe, and no other incidents occured.

The overall experience was great with friendly staff. The problem was when we were rudely woken up by the sound of drilling from the next room. It being new years day, you can only imagine the trauma of going to bed at 4am and having your hangover drilled into you first thing in the morning. Our start to the new year was then simply ruined as we spent the rest of the day grumpy and miserable.

Easy and Comfortable sray, the staff are so welcoming and efficient at check-in. The hotelnis nuce and clean, a bit dated (my opinion) but a good, wholesome experience. The room is nice and neat, the shower us really good, big enough and very relsxing after a long day. That bed, I want to stick it in my bag and take it home. The breakfast, very good, decent variety and tasty and generous. Overall, impressive, I would return.

The place is affordable, clean, safe, and it's near every attraction. It's near the north beach, UShaka marine etc. The staff including security guards are friendly and welcoming. Our stay there was perfect.

I ordered my food at 17:40 at the restaurant and requested it be brought to my room. 18:30 food had not arrived went to the restaurant and the waitress gave me my food, I asked for it yo be reheated because no one can eat cool lamb chops. It's now 19:00 as I type still no food at my door. I have since ordered from Uber eats KFC. I'm sure KFC will deliver and I'll still be waiting for my food. Sad part is I signed for it before realizing it was cold. Bad service really.
