Lungo la strada principale. L'hotel è economico e prezioso per i soldi. Nessuna struttura, ma l'hotel offre caffè gratuito e cereali e mele. Va bene se resti solo per una notte.

Issues with the room accommodations that were reserved over the phone regarding a fold away bed. I reserved a two room suite and a fold away bed to accommodate our family of five. When arrived met with front desk clerk Ivori and went to our room. Left the family unpacking while I went to advise the front desk we were missing our food away. Ivori was very dismissive of my concern and said she could give us a smaller room, a studio suite, that could accommodate our request due to a fire hazard. I reluctantly agreed since I had initially spent more on the larger room. The main issue was her attitude toward us stating that we needed to pack up all our belongings and bring them back down so she could physically ensure we were out of the room before she would give us another. I asked her to please allow us to move straight into another room as to avoid our family having to drag our belongings back to the front desk then up to another room especially since we had traveled about 9 hours and were exhausted. She, Ivori, refused and said she wanted to physically see us downstairs at the front desk before helping us. Never been treated this way at Hilton property before and might never stay ar another one again.

Ben controllato il 3 marzo 2023. E 'un bellissimo edificio e la vista sul fiume è bella. Dal momento in cui siamo entrati, è sceso in collina. Ci sono passi che devi portare i bagagli. C'è una rampa di disabilità al termine delle passi, ma è stato quasi impossibile prendere il carrello tutto il cammino da dove si tira. Check-in è stato buono e tutti erano abbastanza amichevoli. Una volta che abbiamo iniziato a registrarmi, mi è stato detto che ci sarebbe stato un 12.00$ CARRO DI PARCAMENTO. Non ero un camper felice. Arriviamo in camera e mia moglie doveva mettere i bagagli nella spazzatura. Al prezzo pagato per questa stanza che sembrava ridicola.. al momento che il bar è aperto a 1500, sono entrato a 1630 e ho dovuto andare a trovare un barista per bere qualcosa. Una volta che MATT si è presentato era fantastico e molto amichevole e bello. Ordinò pesce e chip per cena per mia moglie e io, 18.00$ per ordine. Si rivolse al divano e si chiedeva se a questi prezzi il colazione veniva con la stanza, si diceva che non lo era, ma era disponibile a un prezzo. Sto parlando di un lungo racconto breve qui, a mio parere, ci sono molti posti per rimanere a Durango e sarebbe meglio andare da qualche altra parte. Capisco che Profit non è una parola sporca in affari, ma RAPE è. Solo i miei pensieri, non mi fermerò mai più in questo posto.. Spero che questo possa aiutare qualcuno a prendere la sua decisione.
