Hotel a 3 stelle a Dunkerque

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 25 al 31 maggio in occasione di un Erasmus+ con l'Istituto in cui insegno. Eravamo quattro docenti e dieci studenti. Siamo stati molto bene. L'hotel si trova in una zona comoda e centrale per cui non è sempre necessario prendere i mezzi pubblici, che comunque, va detto, a Dunkerque sono gratuiti per tutti. Il nostro rimborso non prevedeva la colazione, ma il direttore dell'hotel ci ha proposto una formula a prezzo ridotto che ci ha soddisfatto totalmente. Camera comoda e spaziosa per una persona, magari per due potrebbe essere un po' piccola, ma in linea con le dimensioni delle camere degli hotel in Francia di questa categoria. Il personale ha soddisfatto qualsiasi tipo di richiesta e ci ha aiutato ad orientarci in città. L'unica nota negativa riguarda la mancanza in camera del frigobar. In conclusione posso dire che soggiornerei ancora in questo hotel

All Suites Appart Hôtel Dunkerque sits on the edge of the city centre and is handily placed to walk to anywhere that the centre has to offer. The rooms are of a good size and well thought out delivering everything promised. The price point is very competitive and difficult quibble at. There is secure basement parking for those nervous of leaving their prized motor on the street. A great location with honest service. For those visiting this historic and memorable city this hotel is an ideal base.

My husband had to stay in France for a week and we found this hotel in Lille, he stayed there for a couple of days until he had to go to Dunkerque. First of all, I want to start by saying that my husband does not speak English and therefore I was helping him to get around through talking on the phone with people and booking places online from the UK. When I was trying to extend his day at the hotel for an extra night, the receptionist had told me that the price is different tonight and it is €98. I was quite sceptical so I decided to check the price on their website and had seen that it was half of the price that the receptionist had told us. My husband had to go to Dunkerque and we found that there was another B&B Hotel there and we thought since he was confident and comfortable in the hotel in Lille, it would be easier for him to stay at the same hotel in Dunkerque. However this was the worst experience. I had booked a night at this hotel for my husband only for the receptionist to say that they wouldn't accept my husband because he did not have the credit card that I had payed with. He was never asked to show a credit card in the B&B Hotel in Lille. Bear in mind, my husband does not know english, he is a tourist and due to where he is from, he does not have a VISA or Mastercard. I spoke to what seemed to be the manager of the hotel and explained to him my situation and that I could send him a photo of my card details if that would be better as I did not want my husband on the street. He then replied with a cold ”No.”, I mentioned that it does not say anywhere on the website that you need a credit card on arrival and in Lille they did not ask me for one. He replied to me with this: ”Well this is MY hotel.” in a very arrogant manner. I asked for a refund and he replied ”Check online”. Not only did I not get a refund (as there was no option for one online), my husband was out in the freezing and rainy weather with no where to go. My husband had later told me that the staffs attitude towards him was rude and smug when he attempted to talk to him in the little bit of English that he knew, as if they were looking down on him for being a foreigner. This is absolutely discriminatory and I would avoid this place at all costs, unless you are fine with arrogant and snobbish behaviour. For this all to happen on my husbands birthday is just heartbreaking. I have never felt so angry and helpless that my husband was roaming the streets to a strange city he was so unfamiliar with. I do not recommend this place, please avoid if you want to be scammed for your money.

Un bel po 'di giugno con il mio Hubby & Mom & Dad, oltre l'80° anniversario degli atterri di D Day, grande hotel, fab brekkie, grande posizione anche. Grazie a Malik e al suo personale che erano molto amichevoli e utili - Malik ci ha salvati quando ha cercato di ritrovare un taxi dal porto e hanno parlato solo francese 😀! Il mio francese era un po'russo da scuola, ma ci ha ordinato tutto :) lavoro brillante.Avrebbe consigliato molto 👌

Mi sono trovato molto bene, la camera è di dimensioni corrette , assenza di bidet ma letto veramente comodo!! silenzio assoluto e limitrofe al porto, il museo e la spiaggia principale sono 2,5 km circa, subito all’esterno c’è oltre alla palestra un ristorante americano.. La colazione dal costo di 19 € a persona non sono riuscito a provarla .. Reception un po’ lenta ma decisamente simpatica Il parcheggio è praticamente obbligatorio a 15 € a notte

Questo hotel può essere l'hotel più costoso di Dunkerque in Francia 🇫🇷, ma è anche l'hotel più vicino al sito di battaglia di Dunkerque e al museo di ritiro dei alleati!I servizi, le camere che non devo dire, un alto livello non può essere dubitato, non girerà! Il miglior punto è: 🏝️ sul mare, spiaggia, armadi di guerra, ponte di corda, ricordate le pareti qui!Rimanete una notte, la storia qui è compresa!

La mia prima impressione quando sono arrivato era un po' disgustosa, perché le finestre all'esterno sembravano sporche e vecchie. Ma una volta all'interno, alla reception, ho trovato qualcuno che parlava inglese fluentemente e era pronto ad aiutare con il parcheggio della mia moto e qualsiasi altra domanda. Il prezzo era buono e la posizione è magnifica. La stanza era molto pulita, tutto funzionava. Sarò di nuovo, certo.
