Seconda volta, a distanza di 9 anni, all'Al Qasr, e quinta volta al Madinat Jumeirah. Al complesso sono state apportate delle migliorie (a partire dall'infinite pool sulla spiaggia per soli adulti) che lo rendono un posto memorabile e in cui ritornare. Avevamo una stanza affacciata sulla laguna e su un giardino tropicale, dove nella prima parte del mattino potevano ammirarsi pappagallini verdi! Il servizio è impeccabile e ritagliato sulle esigenze del cliente, che vengono soddisfatte addirittura in anticipo. Un particolare ringraziamento a tutto lo staff e a Selene della reception, ragazza italiana che ci ha assistito all'altezza della situazione.

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

Attento!!!! Ho perso il mio anello di diamante d'oro all'interno della stanza dell'hotel!!! Recentemente sono stato all'Hotel Citymax a Al Barsha, Dubai, e volevo condividere la mia esperienza. In generale, ho avuto un soggiorno [positivo/negativo/neutrale] e qui sono gli aspetti chiave: - La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, vicino alle principali attrazioni e l'hotel è pulito. - Purtroppo, durante la mia permanenza, ho incontrato un problema con un oggetto scomparso dalla mia stanza dopo la custodia quotidiana. nonostante la comunicazione dell’incidente e l’indagine interna dell’hotel, l’articolo scomparso non è stato recuperato. - Raccomando all'hotel di rivedere il suo processo di indagine interna per garantire la completezza. - mettere in atto misure supplementari per migliorare la sicurezza e prevenire in futuro incidenti simili. Nonostante l'incidente sfortunato, l'hotel aveva aspetti positivi, ma la questione non risolta ha influenzato la mia percezione generale. Spero che questa revisione fornisca un feedback costruttivo e aiuti sia la gestione dell'hotel che i futuri ospiti.

Staff was very accomodating with our request,since we came from afar we had the privilege to check in early and they find a way to accomodate us. The room was spacious and very comfy. We had a great stay and the place is adjacent to the mall of emirates and nearby restaurants too. Parking lot was also available so you dont have to worry about the safety of your car.

È un ottimo hotel, è situato in una zona residenziale. Ci sono molti ristoranti nei dintorni, soprattutto cucina indiana. Ci sono anche supermercati indiani e supermercati filippini. La colazione è super ricca e buona. La camera è molto grande e il letto è estremamente confortevole. Consiglio di soggiornare qui. Il personale di servizio ha un atteggiamento molto buono, è molto cordiale e può fornire servizi in qualsiasi momento.

Tutto andava bene in questo posto. È vicino alla metropolitana e ci sono molti buoni ristoranti e supermercati nelle vicinanze. È un posto affollato pieno di più nazionalità, la cosa che troverai solo a Dubai. Il servizio dell'hotel e della signora che lavora alla reception è molto professionale e buono. La pulizia è quasi perfetta. Spero che aggiustino la loro aria condizionata perché faceva molto caldo.

Mi sono fermato per una notte da solo mentre la mia famiglia mi ha unito dopo un giorno. Il letto è molto comodo e la camera è bella e spaziosa. L'unica cosa che ho notato è che il telaio aveva una tintura di un tipo di cibo che era vicino al divano da sedile. Non è molto, ma avrebbe potuto essere pulito prima che il prossimo ospite occupasse la stanza.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto, una parte buona è che hanno un bus navetta che preleva le persone dall'aeroporto dopo ogni ora, quindi ogni volta che arrivi puoi risparmiare non prendendo i taxi e aspettando il bus navetta. In hotel i ragazzi della reception sono super cordiali e abbastanza veloci, siamo stati assistiti da Peter e lui è stato super gentile e disponibile in molti modi. Le camere sono pulite e avevamo quella con la vista sull'aeroporto che era piuttosto rinfrescante. L'hotel dispone anche di una navetta gratuita servizi di autobus per portare le persone alla spiaggia, al centro commerciale di Dubai e al centro di Deira in determinati orari fissi che dovresti controllare con la reception. La colazione è molto buona e credo che possa ospitare persone di diverse nazionalità. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato i nostri 14 giorni soggiorna in hotel e consiglio vivamente l'holiday inn express Dubai?

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.
