ITS A GOOD HOTEL APPT BUT I DID NOT THINK IT WAS VALUE FOR MONEY AS I HAD TO PAY WHAT I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR A GOOD 4 STAR HOTEL DUE TO UNAVALABILTY OF HOTELS .ALSO TAXIS ARE NOT EASY TO GET FROM THIS LOCATION EVEM CALLING A CAREEM IS A PROCESS AS YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR UPTO 20-25 MINUTRS BEFORE A TAXI ARRIVES . POSITIVES ARE THAT GREAT FOOD OPTIONS ALL AROUND THE HOTEL APPT

The stay was good as the hotel is from the close proximity to all the different varieties of restaurant nearby. Cleaning for the room is good and very friendly staff. We have the free internet access through out the hotel. Taxies are readily available to travel at any destination.

House keeping was fantastic. Bathroom Towels very clean and dry, timely replaced, when required. Staff are very well trained and very pleasing approach. I was looking for North Indian food in the restaurant the quality of North Indian dishes is not of upto the mark.

Clean pillows provided Clean towels provided Toilet was Clean & hygienic There was a Good and caring response in the reception Washing machine was good to use Tea bags, coffee sachets, tea kettle & water was provided. Good breakfast with many food varieties

Housekeeping is very professional and friendly. Reception is also very approachable and immediately responds to my questions and concerns. My overall experience with Chelsea Gardens Hotel was very nice and I would still choose them for my future accommodation needs.

I had an exceptional stay experience, which is why I'll definitely choose this hotel again. The front desk staff were outstanding, and I was impressed by their hospitality and courtesy. This hotel has become my family's go-to destination. We'll be sure to book directly with them in the future, and I've got all the necessary information to do so. Highly recommended!

It was pleasant stay at Chelsea Gardens Hotel Apartments. I had a good experience, staff was supportive and good. The Breakfast was good, the table arrangement was good, mix of Indian and Continental breakfast. Timing provided was excellent to have as per our own conveninence.

It's clean, staff are nice. Water is life, aside from complimentary water bottles there is a water dispenser in front of the elevator. Basic needs are just walking distance: groceries, restaurants. Feels like home, complete furnishings, you can cook if you like.

It was a nice experience. Hotel location was good. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Taxi for airport drop off can be arranged by the hotel on payable basis. Metro station is in walkable distance. Hotel has its own restaurant.
