The worst one I’ve been to, we extended our stay on this hotel. We called the front desk and he asked us to book through online and that’s what we did. We gave him our confirmed booking number. Then later that day, they just open our door. Good thing that we double locked the door with the swing bar. Just to tell us to pay the 15aed additional charge.

I have no complaints about this hotel, it was clean, with easy check in, the bed was super comfortable, the bath was nice but drained of it's own accord. Location was fine, really close to the airport.

This is a very budget friendly hotel just outside Burjuman Metro Station. Walking distance from Karama, Meena Bazar and the creek area. Next to Burjuman mall. Very good exterior. Very fast Checkin. Good big bathrooms. Just few cons - room size is small, bed is queen size and doesn’t have sofa so it f u have child with you then u have some issues. Rest all good.

Best stay and best place with metro at walkable distance. The burjuman mall is by the hotel for quality shopping and dinning. Also there are plenty of restaurants and other facilities nearby to explore. We loved exploring around and have some of the mouth watering north and South Indian street food. The staff at the hotel are so welcoming. A good budget hotel with good indoor dining and bar next to the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

A very budgeted hotel. Advantage is Just close to the mall and train station. Room and bed were ok. But the air freshener is too strong..

The staff was excellent.
Milan the house cleaning guy is friendly, he is the best house keeping service. Everything is up-to-date.
Shubham is also nice.
Balaji and Luthfur at front desk are the most perfect front desk person

Excellent location next to BurJuman mall . Place is neat and staff is cordial. Good place for business travellers. Would certainly recommend and stay here again .
