Un trattamento perfetto dall’arrivo alla partenza. Il personale è gentile e disponibile . La camera pulita e la vista mozzafiato sulla palma. La posizione dell’hotel è molto comoda . Estremamente consigliato.

일단 직원들이 정밀정말 나이스 합니다 두바이에서 특급호텔들만 다녔지만 여긴 친절하고 유쾌해요! 택시나 배달 관련 어려운 점도 직접 통화해서 해결해주었습니다. 룸도 업그레이드해주었는데 펜트하우스는 처음인데 엄청 크고 방도 많고 약간 낡은 부분도 있었지만 전반적으로 아주아주 훌륭한 숙소였습니다! 두바이초콜렛도 배달성공했어요 배달까지 20분~ 근처 배달 맛집들도 많고 뷰도 좋아요 특히나 체크인과 체크아웃에서 도와주신 스태프여러분들께 정말 감사드립니다 덕분에 두바이에서의 마지막이 기억에 남을 것 같아요

這是住過最差的萬豪酒店，服務非常糟糕

還行吧，但是沒有中國酒店好。

Bell'albergo sulla marina di Dubai dove abbiamo sorseggiato un cocktail con vista panoramica sulla Palma di Dubai. Discreto il buffet decisamente migliorabile nell' offerta. Prezzi altini. L'albergo si trova nei pressi del futuro hotel più alto del mondo.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la posizione e in effetti è ottima, sulla marina, passeggiata Marina walk proprio sotto l hotel con negozi ristoranti e tutti i servizi. 5 stelle a tutti gli addetti, tutti! Molto cordiali e gentili 5 stelle alla dimensione della Suite, n 1106, all 11 piano di 52 piani . 3 stelle ai bagni, avrebbero bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione, arredo un po datato. 1 stella al relax. Il cantiere dell hotel adiacente in costruzione con 75 piani , dove lavorano h24 impedisce di dormire e di rilassarsi a qualsiasi ora del giorno . E non da meno la superstrada a 10 corsie con rombi di auto che sfrecciano h24. 2 stelle alla piscina . Zero relax anche qui . Vista cantiere con rumori assordanti continui. Un vero peccato . 1 stella agli spazi comuni inesistenti . O stai in camera o nel ristorante o in piscina. 5 stelle ai ristoranti. Si mangia divinamente bene! Complimenti . Forse struttura commerciale per chi viene per lavoro . Credo sia il peggior Marriott visto. Non mi sento quindi di consigliarlo 5 giorni qui sono davvero troppi . Non rilassante, non confortevole, non si dorme dal rumore del cantiere .

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza in una bellissima suite. Ottima location e servizi. Personale gentile e disponibile in particolare Indira e Casper al front office e Masroor dell'engineering. Lo consiglio vivamente.

We spent 2 months at Marriott Harbour. The staff is fantastic, polite, very friendly with our kids. Maintenance is very efficient and the cleaning teams care about all apartment details. Security staff is always present and professional Valet team remembers our school time table and our car is always ready for us. Today we are leaving this special place and Mr Sunder is arranging for us a very very comfortable transfer. We enjoyed also the excellent breakfast at CCC, romantic drink at panoramic 52, funny evening at the British pub and the swimming pool under the gentle and smart supervision of the life guard. Reception team is for sure the one every guest would like to find all over the world.

The staff are courteous, attentive, and always greet us with a smile. Sundar, Hari, Kamal, Nowshad always goes out of their way to see if there's anything that can be done for me. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable. It's also a good central location to many attractions, along with a tourism advisor that can suggest many events happening at the time of your visit.

First off, let me start by saying this hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. I stayed here long term for business. Arun helped me with my luggage as soon as I arrived. They were always polite and respectful. I had a nose bleed and the staff called to check on me and even sent a sweet note. Zena in the cafe was as godsend. Remembered my order and always had a smile. I definitely recommend. It’s also very close to a variety of restaurants and the mall.

Thank you to all the staff in the Marriott from Denis who helped us when we arrived at 2am to the staff on the reception desk, sorry I can't remember all your names 🙈 for being so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and to Arun who helped us with our luggage on the day we left.
