Un trattamento perfetto dall’arrivo alla partenza. Il personale è gentile e disponibile . La camera pulita e la vista mozzafiato sulla palma. La posizione dell’hotel è molto comoda . Estremamente consigliato.

Bell'albergo sulla marina di Dubai dove abbiamo sorseggiato un cocktail con vista panoramica sulla Palma di Dubai. Discreto il buffet decisamente migliorabile nell' offerta. Prezzi altini. L'albergo si trova nei pressi del futuro hotel più alto del mondo.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la posizione e in effetti è ottima, sulla marina, passeggiata Marina walk proprio sotto l hotel con negozi ristoranti e tutti i servizi. 5 stelle a tutti gli addetti, tutti! Molto cordiali e gentili 5 stelle alla dimensione della Suite, n 1106, all 11 piano di 52 piani . 3 stelle ai bagni, avrebbero bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione, arredo un po datato. 1 stella al relax. Il cantiere dell hotel adiacente in costruzione con 75 piani , dove lavorano h24 impedisce di dormire e di rilassarsi a qualsiasi ora del giorno . E non da meno la superstrada a 10 corsie con rombi di auto che sfrecciano h24. 2 stelle alla piscina . Zero relax anche qui . Vista cantiere con rumori assordanti continui. Un vero peccato . 1 stella agli spazi comuni inesistenti . O stai in camera o nel ristorante o in piscina. 5 stelle ai ristoranti. Si mangia divinamente bene! Complimenti . Forse struttura commerciale per chi viene per lavoro . Credo sia il peggior Marriott visto. Non mi sento quindi di consigliarlo 5 giorni qui sono davvero troppi . Non rilassante, non confortevole, non si dorme dal rumore del cantiere .

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza in una bellissima suite. Ottima location e servizi. Personale gentile e disponibile in particolare Indira e Casper al front office e Masroor dell'engineering. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La posizione è buona proprio accanto al porto turistico. La suite era meravigliosa. I divani potrebbero fare con gli aggiornamenti a parte il fatto che ogni cosa era eccellente. Ma è stato il personale che ha reso il nostro soggiorno. Dal check-in al check-out sono stati tutti molto buoni con noi molto utili. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade gratuito e il check-in anticipato ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglierei.

Went to their restaurant for a peaceful beer in the evening to their restaurant counter Culture. They have a nice deck. The draught beers are nice and the kitchen makes good food. Ajith was the person who made me feel ver welcome and taken care of. Thanks Ajith!

Right from check-in till check-out this place was our home for a week. Amazing staff and best hospitality by the Bell-man and security (always smiling) and assisting with luggage’s to hailing a cab. Very friendly. The checkin was seamless and while we booked for a 2 bedroom suite, they upgraded us to a 3 bed, early check-in and late check-out and handling our silly requests all through our stay. Amazing team. (Apologies missed your names to call-out in my review). Being in dubai, food was never a challenge. But the team at Counter Culture cafe, Observatory were amazing. Thanks to Jamika, Jane, Priyanka, Rahul, Ajit, Mandira and the entire team for taking care of our daily breakfasts and specially packing food for our Long drives. Keep up the great job, keep smiling. Finally, a special mention to my friends always smiling and helpful Ali and Sundar from the front office/security whom I had spent plenty of time to seek help to understand Dubai during our stay. Have been with multiple properties of Marriott outside of India but this is one my best experience and best hospitality at Marriott. This is our 3rd time and the staff in the Hotel and at Counter Culture Cafe are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had 2 birthdays to celebrate and they decorated the room and provided cake and cards for our 2 children. As Marriott Platinum members the service we receive is wonderful and we can’t wait to come again.
